    Hotel in Mussorie was changed 3 times. I was given much cheaper hotel than promised. I went to 1 hotel first which was booked. Kept waiting there for 40 minutes but there was no booking. Then i was told that there is some other hotel. Hotel in Dhanulti was just like a dharmshala not hotel. Enjoyed the views

    Hotel & Hotel Staff was very good. Cab provided by travel agent was not upto the mark & as expected by me. Cab was little dirty. It was not premium as I demanded at the time of booking. Also I paid extra charges for parking each time, it is also not cleared by travel agent at the time of booking. Trip Adviser was not picking up the call.

Our hotel in Hrishikesh hotel Trihari was clean and food was good but hotel did not have facility of hot water also this hotel does not provide any kind of facilities to drivers like hot water, blanket etc.

    The location of the Hotels and the experiences are very good. Services of hotels are also great. But very disappointed with the driver. I never seen such a lazy driver in my life. He doesn't know the routes very well. Everytime I have to guide him via Google Maps. Sometimes I felt if I don't had it I couldn't reach my destination. Also little bit more disappointed when I noticed travel agent not listening my words regarding driver and supported him.

    You guys really need to work on your policies, the things you mention in your package were not provided to me . Also there is too much communication gap between the driver and your team I had to call the agent at 1:30 am in night for clearing confusion about charges when I was coming back to the trip . Same thing happened when I started my journey . The driver had no idea for how many days we had booked their cab and also he was unaware about the amount that it was already prepaid .
