I had a wonderful trip to Coorg and Mysore last week and I am very happy with the services of travel agent from back2 Holidays.. Special mention to @ Homendra sir for planning out my trip..Thank you so much sir for your effort.. Really appreciate it and looking forward for many more trips with you Mandalpetti trek was amazing..Loved the view

Hi Agent, It was a nice and joyful trip. But we have some regrets from your end Actually we have planned our tour plan from 10-03-24 to 13-03-24. But unfortunately we had missed our flight. So that we have requested our travel agent please make a change of our tour plan from 11-03-24 to 14-03-24. But they have charged 4000 rupees to change the tour plan. Is that correct to charge that huge amount.

A perfect getaway for 3-4 days!! The stay, driver, tourist spots were just perfect. I am going to cherish the memories I made in this trip forever. The Elephant Camp near Harangi Dam was the best part about this trip. A must visit if you love animals.

1) hotel provided in coorg is ok. But bathroom odour 2) cab driver not able to communicate due to language issue. He was not aware of the few places that are mentioned in the itinerary 3) cab driver didn't guide properly in directing us to buy ticket. He used to park car little far 4) in itenarry the final payment was agreed for the last day but your team was requesting payment a day before and even stating trip might be canceled if payment not received a day before

I booked this package for my parents and they had a wonderful experience. The cab driver was friendly and heplful . The hotels were good . All in all it was good

In mysore we have been allotted MSR international hotel which was not a 3 star but the travel agent claimed it as a 3 star. The hotel was worst with hard bed and hard pillows. Also itinerary provided is not up to date. There are many changes that happened in real time. When there are unexpected changes, the places could have been substituted with the other ones.

Hello Team, 1. So when we have reached there we had to wait for 20mins for driver to receive us. 2. Then 40mins to know the status of hotel booking and in that process we could not go and visit few places in the list. 3. Hotel accommodation provided in coorg isn't good. How can one provide accommodation in front of reception ? We were expecting a 3 star hotel. Other than these everything else went fine. Thanks, Vyshnavi Digala 1. Cab driver was very professional and helpful. Hotel stay was worst, there was no proper maintenance, quality of the rooms and food was atmost poor. Please do not recommend this hotel to other customers. Na

The trip was wonderful, the driver partner was wonderful but the executive interaction and the false statements/promises ruined all the memories. 1. I was offered a discount of Rupees 1000 on the total amount. The discount was not granted even after the executive promising me that it will be levied and i should do the payment immediately. at time of completing the trip also i was told the same thing that i should handover the remaining amount to driver and i will be refunded in 3 days time. nothing happened even after writing mails and reaching out to team multiple times 2. I had 750 kms listed in the itinerary as free(included) Nowhere did it mention that this will also include to and fro kms from garage to my place. Only after completing the trip i was told that i have to extra for that. I did not ask for the refund even then the team was not ready to agree it was a wrong doing from there end rather they said its always like this. I requested to take a note and start including this note in all the itinerary's but to no avail. 3. Mysore was also to be covered on the third day as per the itinerary, but i was told at that time that its not part of the package, after multiple requests the driver partner showed us the Mysore palace and when i raised the concern with the team they said i have already covered mysore in the trip. I did not ask any refund but raised it as a concern so that in future others and myself should not suffer. The trip could have been so much memorable without any bad thoughts but all this chaos and unwanted behaviour spoiled this completely.

We have booked two hotels. One is La flora Prakruth Resort - Not clean, no maintenance, but staff's behaviour was good. Another one is La Flora Junglee Hill Resort - Good Maintenance, room was clean but road to enter the hotel was very bad.

Mysore Hotel was not upto the mark.... The driver communication was a problem. He was reluctant to take even to visiting places in the list. Always saying it is not possible, at long distance, closed etc etc Hotel at Bangaluru.......

It was an extremely enjoyable trip through Travel Triangle. Starting from selecting the quotes till the end of the trip the travel agent was supportive and helped us on all aspects and everything was done hassle free. Would love to book more trip through them.

This trip was planned on the occassion of our first marriage anniversary. All the iterinary was well planned and it was a wonderful trip overall. Visit to conoor tea estate. One of the best view witnessed.
