Good experience. But It could have been best if the package involved competitive charges for local side seeing, specially the charges for pony and shikara, as that has involved lot of head ache and unplanned expense from the local venders. They charge like anything which is quite frustrating. As we are in mood of travel, explore and enjoy and not in the mood of bargaining to get the best deal with pony owners. Accommodation were quite superb at House boat and hospitality was amazing. But the accommodation at Pahalgam was poor as the hotel people straight away denied that they were not been communicated about our stay. We reached to pahalgam after a lot travel and such reception is not expected which again lead to dissatisfaction. It took almost 45 minutes to resolved the issue and even after that we got poorer property to stay not as was promised.

1) Initially shared voucher with wrong dates and plan. Waited long to get it rectified after multiples calls and compromise on rates and hotels 2) I was struggling multiple times to get response from both Agent and Travel Triangle representatives. 3) On first day have issue with House boat. the location was changed even though it was confirmed in email. 4) On Third day, allocated hotel was undertaken by GOV due to G20 summit, faced too much issue and time to get replacement hotel. 5) ...list is long to conclude:)

Awesome experience in Peacock Houseboat on Day 1 with superb food. Then we witnessed the beauty of Kashmir on remaining days. Wonderful scenic beauty in Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Sonamarg. Ms Saima Azad is a wonderful lady who is concerned more than tourists about their trip, plans and safety. She was in regular touch with our driver about our tour plans and our safety. All the planned hotels were very good. We only faced food quality issues in Hotel Wild Flower Resort in Pahalgam. Rest all hotels were absolutely good. We found best property in Sonamarg i.e. Hotel Rah Vilas. Our driver cum guide cum friend cum travel companion Mr Aakash Parray is a also wonderful person with great sense of humor and responsibility. He briefs us about all the tourist points and cover all points in time. He helped us in purchasing from genuine shops also.
