Overall experience was good however itenary should have been more specific like driver cannot take tourist to gandola rides or for any site seeing. Even after paying entire amount proactively before due dates, we had to pay extra 1500 for local site seeing. Driver Bilaal was good and helpful. House boat experience was OK. We enjoyed more in Allepey house boat than Srinagar one. Care take was very strict and no coordination between care taker of houseboat and travel triangle. The Grand Kaisar hotel is pathetic and we had a very bad experience with the same. Not at all recommended and avoid if you can. The staff was rude and neither friendly or helpful. If you complaint, they won't even entertain you. Even the travel agent was not of much help in this case, so you are on your own at last. One wrong decision ruined entire trip experience.

It was a complete Kashmir package consisting of Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam. Agent Zahida and her counter part assisted well, though thy were extremely busy with EID celebrations. Hotel's and Houseboat were of good quality but the food served at Sringar hotel was okay. Houseboat meal was damn good.

Amazing service and experience at Srinagar by Amir driver and Kibra (travel coordinator). They made sure it was seamless. I changed plans multiple times but Kibra was patient and made sure she accommodated it. There were some miss outs from their end initially but they made sure the service is not compromised and we enjoy the trip with family. Even the driver was very cheerful and informative. Helped us throughout the trip and explained each and every place. Also, suggested where should we go and enjoy better.

The trip was amazing with nice gesture from our cab driver, he was very welcoming and helpful .We stayed at hotel shelter heritage Srinagar was ok it was good place to stay but there was continuous wifi issue that didn't get resolved breakfast was tasty and with lots of options but the dinner was same for both days.. would recommend the travel group but please stay in some other hotel.rather opt for houseboat stays there are lot more fun The amazing stay at the house boat Donoo palace with such warm welcome from Razak uncle ,he totally made as feel like home , amazing hospitality tasty food..

The hotels and the driver was good. There was no issues there. The only concern was that we couldn’t do the Gondola Ride in Gulmarg since the booking has to be done in advance. The travel agent didn’t inform us to do the booking earlier. Other than that everything was good. Special mention to the driver Azhar for helping us out in many situations. The whole experience was very pleasant.
