      1. Hotel in Bangkok wasn't good at all. Was very cheap . Please don't recommend it to other travellers. 2. Should provide some information about the place we are going to. For example one day our tour guide explained about what kind of footwear to wear the next day. But other information for other days like for alcazar show mask was compulsory . We weren't informed . You should be giving some tips regarding the next day. It would make you better as a travel agency. 3. Water should be provided everyday at the start of the day. Many agencies do. 4. As domestic flights doesn't require us to reach 2 hr before. We are brought to the airport toooo early to leave for krabi.

      Local operator of Thailad is good and on time. Trip was good, however we have to follow up with travel agent continuously for voucher and other documents which is not at all satisfactory. Travel agent miss preeti is not proactive and delayed in responding us and sometime not giving replying for which i have to mail travel triangle or desi yatra mail. some information regarding tour also is not given properly and some of are wrong. and also no explanation given on iternary.
