You need to visit your service provider , that is hotels. This is to check their performance since "food and stay involved" though this may not be your direct scope of service. This is because, we experience the reality but you may not. Because of your team hard work we may compromise something on what we face on ground. So my humble request is, you need to ensure your service provider's service won't impact your performance. Overall, I like TT's service. Please improve on sight seeing spot selection based on changing world. For example, there can be some options given to the itinerary since few places are not in our ' interest list'. This reduces your 'value for money' score. Beaches, comfortable travel arrangements by TT.

Hotel claims to be 4 star but is 2.5 star at best. Very poor hygiene, bland breakfast without any variety. Rooms are decent. Bathroom with incorrect sloping causing water to stand on floor. Cabs were good, clean and on time.

Was a nice trip. Had only booked a hotel and pick up / drop cab through the agent. Although the view from the hotel was not that great, the agent made sure I was already aware of it. So it felt nice that I was being given an honest review about the same before my travel. Just one thing, I guess the agent can be more interactive once the booking is done and regular communication should happen even after the trip is booked. Overall, happy with the service and the trip.

My main problem of this tour starts with hotel itself. Swimming pool was under maintenance, this itself a main disappointment for me. And they don't understand English that's my second problem. Breakfast is not as good as much expected this is the third problem. Next, we had a rift with the driver who isn't ready to guide us first of all. He's like in a hurry to finish the trip. His main words are my work is between 10-6 after that I can't wait even for a minute. This itself is a bad service. Each and every day we started from the hotel by 11-11.30 but he insists us he can't even wait till 6.30. really disappointed with this. Only good thing happened is Mr. Abdul the agent who stood by side through out the trip. He responded to me whenever I called him and helped me at all cost. A big thanks to him for helping me out. End of the day we're not satisfied with hotel staffs but rooms were really good.

The experience was mixed, the hotel had constant electricity problem, the visit to grand island was very uncomfortable, where they were adjusting 3 people in one seat in the boat..we were not told about the entire trip to grande Island, and had to stay in boat/water for almost 6 hours where everybody was puking and feeling uneasy. The lunch was served at 5 pm! Which was daal rice matar for vegetarian and chicken rice for non vegetarian , in paper plates under the tree with no comfort of seating after the tiring trip to water sports, beer and water, with no beverage for the people and kids who don't drink alcohol I wouldn't recommend this trip to people who are sea sick. We were kept in dark, the organizers were secretive and rude. Bad experience The drivers were polite, the hotel staff was cooperative and memories that we made are bcz of our efforts..

Everything was great but there was a kavk of coordination in the agent and service managers at goa. Day 1 , driver didn't come coz he was not informed and it delayed. Day 2, our complete package as per itinerary was not included but thrn sorted. Travel agent was still managing everything on his behalf. I have a very critical feedback from your company agent Ashwini. I would like to give her 1*. She just didn't bother to call or check if everything was going well. The number I was shared with not reachable even once. What is the point of paying 600 rupees to tou guys. No support from you. Worst!! Travel agent still managed to do a good job. I will recommend my friends not to book via Travel triangle for Goa trip.

Hotel: So the hotel was ok. I can recommended to take the rooms upstairs... Breakfast: the service was very pleasant Customers should be informed that they have to pay extra tax when they arrive as the airport, especially as the document they received with the offer clearly states that the tax is paid. The Spicy Farm was the highlight.... I think that in general it would be preferable for all those who offer tours to include in the description what the different places to visit consist of. For example, making stops on beaches just to have seen them doesn't really make sense. The Spicy Farm
