3-Day Kerala Tour from Cochin: Guruvayur & Munnar 3 Days & 2 Nights

When you arrive at Cochin by ship, plane, or train, a representative will meet you. First, visit the famous Guruvayur Temple, a special place for many pilgrims. Then, take a scenic 4-hour drive (about 140 km) to Munnar. On the way, see the beautiful Cheyappara and Valara Waterfalls surrounded by greenery. As you get closer to Munnar, you’ll also see tea and spice plantations. Once you reach Munnar, check into your hotel and rest for the night.

After breakfast, start exploring Munnar. First, visit the Tata Tea Museum to learn about how tea is made (note: it is closed on Mondays). Next, go to Eravikulam National Park, where you can see the rare Nilgiri Tahr (a type of mountain goat) and enjoy the beautiful nature. Have some local food for lunch, and in the afternoon, visit Mattupetty Lake and Dam. Then head to Echo Point, where your voice bounces back when you shout. In the evening, return to your resort to relax and rest for the night.
