Very good hotel staff -The Glenroy , also the premises was good. Travel agent adventuremania.com have to improve their service and quality and have to learn some professionalism. I had to fight for the things already provided in my itinerary for many a times. Travel triangle must verify their partner agencies before giving any bookings to them for where they are capable enough or not.. Hotel Glenroy is very peaceful and best place to stay. Staff's behaviour was very nice. Beautiful views n soothing visuals in Mussoorie

We had an incredible trip from August 15th to 18th, 2024. Our trip guide Mrs. Uma Sharma and our driver, Sumit Kumar were exceptional in their planning, which was the highlight of the trip. Our tour was well-organized by both of them. We were only able to visit the most tourist spots in these three days for Sumit Kumar Bhai. Everything is fine except hotel. I have booked 3-star hotel, but the hotel provided by travel triangle was 0 star. On the first night, there was very bad smell coming from pillow, matteres and blanket. No door mats were available in the room. No proper room service. Very disappointed

I'd like to share my recent experience with Travel Triangle, but first, let's rewind a bit. Back in 2019, I planned a trip to Himachal through MakeMyTrip, not knowing about Travel Triangle at the time. The entire experience, from the hotel to the cab and sightseeing, was fantastic. It left a lasting impression on me, setting a high standard in my mind for any future trips booked through similar travel sites. Fast forward to April, a friend suggested Travel Triangle for my trip to Mussorrie. After some deliberation, I decided to give it a try. Despite a bit of back and forth, the trip was booked, including a cab from Dehradun. However, there was a bit of confusion with the drivers – three called claiming they'd pick me up, but it was the fourth who finally arrived. In comparison, MakeMyTrip had promptly shared driver and cab details soon after booking. Let's talk about the present. The cab that arrived in Dehradun was clean and well-maintained, and the driver was courteous. Though there was a minor hiccup with payment, it was swiftly resolved. I even gave the driver some money for fuel, which he promptly returned before dropping us back in Dehradun. Our journey to Mussorrie was comfortable, and we reached by 10:30 am. We were pleasantly surprised when Adventure Mania, the travel company, accommodated our request for early check-in. However, upon entering the room, it didn't quite match the deluxe room with a balcony that I had booked. The view from the balcony was disappointing, facing a garbage dump, and the washroom was average at best. The food quality at the hotel was excellent, though. Breakfast choices were limited, but the quality made up for it. Now, onto sightseeing. We explored Mall Road and Gun Hill Point on the first day, and on the second, we used the cab to visit Kempty Fall and Company Garden. While the ride quality was good, the driver lacked the enthusiasm we had experienced with MakeMyTrip. When we requested a visit to Landour, known for its famous bake house, the driver suggested renting a two-wheeler instead, citing difficulty for a cab. However, upon renting one, we saw cars coming and going to Landour without any issue. In conclusion, my first trip with MakeMyTrip set a high standard, and perhaps Travel Triangle wasn't able to meet those expectations. There were some hiccups along the way, but overall, it was a decent experience. Also, I want to emphasize that while I've shared my feedback, I don't have any complaints about the cab, driver, or hotel. I'm simply sharing my experience in the hope that it may provide insights for improvement.

We went to Uttrakand trip . Shivam Tripathi From PC TOURS has contacted us with the quotation and the quotation were best in the market. Its always a challenge to manage such a big group but I must say trip was very well organised and both Shivam and Ayushi were quite responsive and always available for any kind of help we needed throughout the tour. The driver cum guide Shubash was best we had till date. Very polite and calm in nature . All the hotels Highland were very good. Everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed and had lot of fun. Not a single complaint from anyone. I would really recommend to try "uttrakand trip" for your tour Thanks a Lot PC TOUR TEAM

Everything seemed to be good in the package when we went for it but when it came to matching the services with the amount you pay,it wasn't worth it.The hotel we were provided was stinky and untidy(though when told they cleaned it up).The kettles and cups were not for those people who would prefer hygiene over anything.Only good thing about the hotel was a scenic view and that is why we compromised.Second day ,the package included four places which were not even known to the driver as well as the local people.When contacted the travel agent,they kept on giving promises that we are talking to aur seniors,our agents and to no end we were dropped at the hotel only after visiting 2 places of the package for that day.If you are booking a package please confirm the places which they included as it may only be the icing on the cake.
