          Mohd Ameed (Tourepedia) and our driver Surendra were fantastic for our trip covering Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. I was very pleased with the ability to customise the tour package as per our requirements so we could squeeze in an extra day of sightseeing in Jaipur. I was also very happy with Surendra as he was exceptionally professional, spoke English well, answered questions along the drive, drove safely and provided seatbelts in the back of the car. Everything was exceptional. The only thing that could've made the trip better was if Surendra was able to also be our guide for the sights, or if Tourepedia was able to pre-negotiate tour guides at the necessary sites.           Geyser is not working in hotel room amer valley in jaipur, but its good that they have arranged the alternative electricity heater, make sure this won't be frequent scenario's. Coming to driver he is a good person with polite behaviour but coming to work level he needs to improve he is not sure of the routes which caused a lot of delay sometimes , it would be great if you can arrange driver with good knowledge on routes for respective trip plan. Which saves both driver and our time instead of leading to wrong route.

          Except Rockland hotel in Delhi rest of the hotels in Agra and jaipur are very good and trip coordinator Manoj supports throughout the trip with the request we made. And felt cheated regarding guide service in Jaipur his name is vikram, we didn't know company will pay him and paid additional 2000 for his service. Regarding driver service is too good except speed limits even in express way he maintained 80km only as per company policy he said could have improved going forward Thank you for your hospitality and support to make our trip a memorable one.

          We had booked our Golden triangle tour through Traveolla Holidays of Travel triangle. Ashima was very helpful right from the beginning and helped in planning a perfect trip. She was very supportive throughout even when I made some last minute changes. The driver allocated Rajesh was the best driver and person we have had in any of our trips till date . Very patient and a good guide throughout. We will cherish lovely memories of this trip for ever.

          Local cab in Delhi was not upto the mark. While you travel there shouldn't be a time limit of releasing the cab by 5pm no matter whether it is local tour or not..How can you expect tourist to be inside the hotel room by 5pm in the evening and that too in Delhi? Apart from this last day local tour problem rest was excellent

          There was no coordination by agent . We got CAB number and completed the tour . Just wondering why your tour agent was not checked how the tour is going on We have struggled in Delhi because driver was not much aware of location in Delhi

          When we reached Jaipur from udaipur, my travel did not planned for our check in to hotel, when we reached hotel,hotel staff did not allotted any rooms to us, and started arguing on asked to do so, even the travel agent started to argue when asked for arranging room. We had to wait for half an hour in just sitting in the lobby. The quality of room was not up to the mark,I have even added hotel review in Google , please find attached image for further details on hotel quality.

          Booked trip with Kings landing via Travel triangle to Rajasthan, Trip was superb and had a great time. Agent was very good, easily approachable and provided all the info. Hotel at Jaipur was decent one. But compare to 2 hotels in Jodhpur and Osian, could you have been provided better option. Cab driver for 4 days Manvendar ji was very good company, was providing required info all the way. One day we had different driver who was good but we prefer who interacts. We had complimentary breakfast as part of package, and food was very tasty on all days. But dinner in all hotel was not up to mark and was slightly expensive. These are minute details which can be improved but will definitely recommend to book.

          I intentionally made a decision to take tour with Back to Holidays though I knew that I’m paying way more because I’m taking my mother with me. The coordinator Homendra is very good in assisting us but the cab driver who was rude and tried to skip a lot of places. The hotel SunStar in Delhi was pretty decent. There was a hot water problem and when contacted the receptionist, he said we will have to managed for a day with normal water which was very cold in Feb. They did not provide us welcome drink also. The Regal Vista hotel in Agra was good enough. Driver kept trying to make us to take guide in every place to get him a commission. The very last day, for the drop to airport, the driver himself arranged a local taxi which was in pathetic condition and the taxi driver was also rude in communicating with us.

          Over all the trip was awesome except the hotel check in at ranthambore as there was no booking with our name. Luckily there was a reserve room with hotel so they accommodated with that. Else we would have ended up with out hotel even after paying full amount of the package. Awesome hotels. Good driver.           It was a good trip with a great driver. But had some dissatisfaction with the way the travel agent from Carlo travels supported. The check-in timings of the hotels are not mentioned in the voucher because of which had to pay an extra amount as we reached early before the check-in time. I have also sent my flight tickets to the agent well before to plan the schedule accordingly. They should have informed me before itself regarding the same.
