      Decent arrangement by team for hotels and cab. There is lot of space for improvement as well. E.g. business is more important for them than people's safety. When we asked to cut short our trip as there were news of bad weather and landslides all over, they declined saying hotels can't be cancelled. We later came to know they hadn't paid anything to hotels and could have been easily cancelled. Our checkouts were delayed by an hour as well because we had made payment to them, but they didn't pay to hotel. Driver's behavior was real spoiler, within an hour of leaving for sightseeing or transfer, he used to stop for his meal. He could easily have breakfast and then start for sightseeing. He also used to take long cuts/dangerous roads to avoid paying tolls though when we raised concern he agreed to take appropriate routes. He was also quite rude. Team should ask beforehand on room and ac/non-ac cab preferences, which later created trouble for us. Picturesque views and scenic mountains

      Overall trip was fine. Transportation and taxi services were good. Only the first hotel provided in Dharmsala was not upto the mark as the room was very small and the bathroom was smelly. After complaining they wipped the bathroom floor but it was still smelling. Finally called the travel representative and he got us a better room. It was mentioned to be a 3 star hotel but the amenities did not seem like one. Apart from this, the rest of the tour went fine and the travel representative was nice and ensured my concerns were attended to. The trip to Khajjiar & Daikund peak were the most memorable places we saw.

      First day of the journey when we Departed from Chandigarh tu mcleodganj however over cab driver was an aware that where are we going to he had to ask me about our trip plan as he was not informed about our plan. when we reached to mcleodganj the hotel was very nice however the manager of the hotel asked me several times to pay him however he was supposed to get payment from our travel agent this thing really bothered me as I was travelling with my family. the next day we started over trip from mcleodganj to Dalhousie and our hotel was in banikhet which is almost 5 kilometres before Dalhousie. I was provided two rooms in the hotel named greenview, as per the trip plan but the hotel was under construction and there was not any single room furnished however I was given another room in the nearby hotel Grand Dalhousie. the rooms that were provided to us were good but the bad thing was that that just below the room there was a big Nala from there lot of foul smell was continuously coming to our rooms. And the worst thing of the trip planning was that the driver from second day onwards asked me for payment directly to him. He was supposed to start his journey from the early in the morning however on the third day he stated that without getting payment he won't go to khajjiar and forced me to talk to his boss and to travel agent and other superiors to settle this matter. All this all this poor management of the trip planner who you didn't pay to the driver wasted my valuable moments of the short period trip to Himachal. I was acting as an agent between driver his Bose travelling agent and the travel triangle. only for this purpose I didn't book directly on my own so that I can escape from all this management so I didn't knew that why did I book my holiday trip from travel triangle when I have to do all these messy things. And where are those welcome drinks is the trip plan you have provided me. And just I am just to say that there are very less chances that you will get what is written in your trip plan so better book on your own but for that at you should pre plan your holiday trip. The local peoples of Himachal Pradesh are very helpful. The most memorable moment of my trip is to be at khajjiar and enjoying the sunny and slightly cold weather.

      Hotel staff and cab driver does not know all payment are already done and they have asked money. We need to clarifies every time , I think this needs to be resolved.

      Had a memorable experience all through the trip. Services by agent are satisfactory. Driver Ram Dass was very helpful in taking us to some additional sights which were unique and picturestique. Agents should try to include these sights in the itinerary. Payment terms can be made flexible

      A very nice and memorable trip was planned by travel triangle. Except for the hotel at Dharamsala, all other hotels were very good. Even Dharamsala hotel was good but not of four star category. Coverage of places in four days was splendid. Dalhousie and Khajjiar are wonderful places and I recommend as worth visiting.

      Travel agent made sure we were well taken care of and helped us at all times. When we weren't sure if the camping would happen or not, out of all the people who I tried to get in touch, Renu was the one who got back to us as promised, with a confirmation. The website promises a quick turnaround time and confirmed all my bookings within two days notice. Great service! Camping was a fun experience. The trek, snow and camping in the cold was the highlight of the trip

      1 Hotel was not in dharamshala it was in nearby village approx 7km from the city. 2. Modifications in the plan could have been handled in a much better way like hotel price can't be refunded for 27th but tha cab facility could have been kept till the last day 28th as planned . But we received a single statement like its not possible now and no refund/cancellation charges/modifications are accepted. 3. Location to visit could have been more clear in the shared itinerary. 4. Even on paying the amount on time we faced the issue at hotel regarding payment. Hotel staff received an email from your side stating take the amount from the customer and we have been asked for the same twice in a day.

      Overall good experience.Car driver was very nice person and am happy with his service. Dalhousie inn Hotel is very basic. Not providing the basic necessities like water bottles in the room. Staffs were good. meghavan resort was good. Staffs and service was also satisfactory. Travel agent Anita helped in building the package and she was reachable when ever required.       Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

Visiting monkey point in kasuli and sunset point,Shimla Mall road,kufri.chail palace,mata Kali ka tippa Overall scenic view were excellent in Shimla,chail, and Kasauli.
