Ghaja's 4 days trip to Kerala

Me and my spouse had a wonderful 4D4N trip, covering Cochin, Aleppey, Thekkady, Munnar, and back to Cochin. Thanks to TT, we partnered with 7C Destination for the trip, with Renjith handling the planning and Shanavas serving as our driver. Renjith was extremely helpful and communicative throughout
the trip planning process. He arranged fantastic hotel stays in Thekkady and Munnar, as well as a comfortable houseboat experience in Aleppey, which provided delicious food and a smooth cruise. Shanavas, on the other hand, was focused and tireless, driving us around without any sign of fatigue. However, there were a few areas where the experience could have been improved: Thekkady – Periyar Boating: Our primary goal upon arriving in Thekkady was to experience the Periyar Boating, but we were surprised to find that tickets had sold out due to high demand. It would have been helpful if the tour agent had informed us earlier, allowing us to book tickets online in advance. Jeep Safari in Thekkady: We were advised that the Jeep Safari would be a great alternative to the Periyar Boating, but it did not live up to expectations. We later learned that the Jeep Safari in Munnar is much more enjoyable and exciting. Waterfalls: The itinerary mentioned visiting beautiful waterfalls along the way, but due to the season, we didn't see any. We were also unaware that the Athirappilly Waterfalls would have provided a much better experience. Had we known, we could have adjusted our itinerary to include this stop. Overall, I hope the agency will consider factors such as crowd sizes and weather conditions when curating itineraries, to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for guests. Despite these few issues, the trip was still fantastic, and we are immensely grateful to Renjith and Shanavas for their support and excellent service throughout. 7C Destination - Recommended tour agency.

My parents went on a trip to kerela which couldn't have been planned better by them. Perfect customary itenary, and Mahima did everything to make this trip safe and memorable for them. Took care of minute details, like stays, perfect driver (who was more of a tour guide and made sure the family enjo
yed each of the places). The stay in Allepey (Kondalip) instead of staying in the usual boathouse was the highlight and wise decision suggested by Mahima. The stay in Munnar was sumptuous!

Also the driver is not suggesting us which place we can go or at what time we should leave the place to reach on another place. Overall Ok experience,

Hotels & their locations were very nice. Sedan cab was comfortable. Cab Driver was very well aware of all places in entire trip. Along with he was also good photographer. Ultra luxury private house boat was very good. Only we had missed periyar boating, since we were not aware about slots. If slots
get full, then you can get ticket for boating. Travel agent should do booking for this from their side as well or atleast they should have informed about slots getting full.

Rahul's 5 days trip to Kerala

Warmth Lake Resort - The hotel at Alleppey was way far from the city. My 2-2.5 hours in total got wasted due to unnecessary travelling. Also, there was very bad road connectivity with the hotel at Alleppey. The staff and receptionist was also very bad with customer dealing. The 20 minutes houseboat
ride was denied by the Warmth Lake resort stating that the boat is under maintenance, fake reasoning when we could see the boat was perfectly okay to travel, just saving cost. 1* rating to Warmth Lake Resort, never opt for this resort. No room hygiene, no food hygiene. If the boat was under maintenance why didn't they gave some discount for that, they charged Rs. 2000 extra just for one extra bed in the room, upgrade your standards if you have this much high charged for extra bed.t Trivers Resort - Super perfect 4* hotel, no issues happened, just there were some delays in room service only because of full occupancy, but that is completely okay. One should definitely go in this resort, perfectly at best location with best ambience. Hats off for this resort. The Byke Pooja Samudra - Average 3* hotel, not so bad, not so good, only the rooms were okay, washrooms were very bad, full repairing was going on due to which we didn't had great experience. Driver Shyjo - Perfectly on time always, clean and hygienic cab provided Ertiga. Only issue was he didn't knew English/Hindi properly, he had little knowledge of both the language. Just language issue, rest fully okay. No issues happened.

Travel triangle agent helped us in organizing itenary and all but out of 3 stay, 2 were bad for us. In Thekkady we booked crown valley resort where service was too slow, they have changed the room type by their own decision and without good view. Dinner food was also not good. The private houseboat
provided was the worst we ever experienced. I will not recommend to go with standard itnary as all the places were not that great and kerala is just a hype. Government own everthing and charge us a lot.

The houseboat provided was very bad. Not so worth. Bad rooms in houseboat and the houseboat staff was very rude. We paid extra for the Fish and in lunch they provided a half piece of a fish to eat. Very bad dinner and very bad experience.
