      Great experience, especially the eco point view and the houseboat. Good food at houseboat and breakfast at the hotel. Houseboat crew members were very friendly. Boat house was neat and clean and relaxing. Improvements: Could have provided AC in the hotel as it was not located at the hill top and felt the heat sometimes. Could improve the itenary to be a realistic possible plan as certain places were totally on a different direction to the other places so had to skip those due to time constraints. Parking charges were mentioned in the inclusions and yet it was collected at the end by the driver.

      Some hotels providing very less dish for the breakfast other than that services were ok. Just concentrate on hotels food Ragamaya 1st hotel was one of the hidden gem. 2Hotels which I went on the 2nd & 3rd day makes us disappointed. Rooms were are very simple & breakfast they provided was ok & services were decent. Cab was in very good condition & driver also very good person. He did his work properly. No issues in that. You just disappointed us who came a long way to celebrate the wedding anniversary here in the houseboat(we atleast expected you to arrange a better cake after our long conversations, but they just provided a bun cant we arrange the same at home why should we pay you money to arrange a bun).

      The hotel stay was good at munnar. The houseboat stay at alapppey was good but houseboat hygiene needs improvement. The cab alloted to us was not neat and ac,one side door was not working. The driver alloted has substituted another person in his place snd the person came catered to our needs but he was not understanding our needs several times. Agents service needs improvement.       It was mostly a pleasant experience. Travel Agent Sakshi was very good in terms of dealing the package and provided good details about it. Hotel options were very less and most of the hotels didn't have good reviews in general. The hotel was also placed very interior from Munnar city but the ayur green hotel was very good in terms of service and facilities. The cab and driver were good and had good experience for the location and sightseeing. Disappointed with the boathouse as it was not upto the mark and hospitality was vey bad especially the cook. He was not friendly at all and cheated us for seefoods and trying to do business with local autos. Food was very good and really enjoyed it. Overall good experience with above suggestions.
