We booked our Singapore trip and it was very hassle free service ,we had a very wonderful experience and enjoyable trip..the team is always available for any queries during trip.

Language barrier with the drivers in bangkok, Closing time of different tourist spots not clearly communicated, so had missed madame Tussauds at Singapore, scheduled timings not followed and city tour delayed by almost 1 hour and so missed some tourist attractions

Overall: 9/10. Tour Agent: Sharing Travels - India, Your Vacations - Singapore #Pax : 11 (8 +3) Pros: 1. Excellent Co-ordination by Ms. Ritika (Sharing Travels) from the begin of the enquiry process. Almost 24*7 support from Ms. Ritika. Cost Transparency was good! 2. Was flexible to modify the room preference/locality 3. Was flexible to reduce/increase the package cost based on the request 4. Smooth co-ordination in Singapore. All the attractions' voucher/entry pass was shared in advance. Hassle free! 5. All the Cab drivers were on time 6. Hotel Chosen (Ibis Budget Selegie) was an apt choice for a budget friendly trip. 7. Visa process co-ordination with the local agent was good Cons: 1. After arrival in Singapore, Tour agents are not flexible with providing transfers incase of any unforeseen scenario. For example: due to weather conditions, we were unable to enter an attraction, but the travel agent would nt provide free transportation the next day. Though it is not a mistake from the operator, it would have been a graceful act to provide a transportation for free (50$ max - compared to the overall cost we paid for 11 pax, this transportation cost is negligible). The attraction was just 3 kms from my hotel. We did arrange a private transfer later.

The trip was good but the agent dint explain enough on place and the restrictions there over all experience and the tour guide response and help was good. It was only family women’s trip and it was well organised we dint feel unsafe.

We recently went for a trip to malaysia with Kushark holidays. Everything was well arranged from flight, entry tickets, visa by Ms Amisha Srivastava. Her response for my messages were on time. One thing to note before booking is that their cab services will be as per the schedule. If we failed to reach by the time they mentioned cab driver will leave mentioning no show. Then we need to book another cab. Other than that everything was fine.Recommended @Kushark Holidays

Dear team travel Triangle as already given feedback that what is committed same I didn’t got from your agents. Booked with hotel but after your payments your agent told hotel is not available and another hotel i have to pay extra and while cancellations your demand cancellation charges disappointed in fact without any bookings how you can demand cancellation charges. Than i booked hotel by myself within my budget and than i found in activities some changes without my information. Thats it good luck. But i will be careful in future to get packages online.

Had a great time , Special thanks to Soni and Heena for making it a lot easier for me ..Never used TT or Kalpana Tours before , So I had many concerns and reservations but they provided exactly what was quoted in my package ..I compared their DEAL with MMT and other websites with exactly same Itinary but Kalpana Tour and Travels provided the best quote .Will give them another chance for my Next Trip .

Overall, the trip was managed very well. Got updates on regular basis. The only issue was associated with hotel (Aqueen, lavender road), although the location was good but washroom/bathroom was very small and breakfast was pathetic. The way trip was managed, drivers arrived on time without any reminder. Universal studios and santosa island trip was ultimate.

My fourth trip with travel triangle and second international trip ... Inspite of having a good trip, need to put in few points that i have experienced with travel triangle and holiday episode... My requirements were clear from day one of the trip booking...as i was travelling with my parents, wife and a four year old son, i wanted this trip to be a smooth one...to make it very smooth i gave all the freedom to the agent to guide me regarding the trip and also book the flight tickets... It appears the holiday episode travel agency are highly immatured in terms of travel planning and coordinating... All the Singapore hotels check in is at 2pm,,,if you are reaching early its your headache.... I have been in contact with the agent and kept asking him to confirm our early check in...they could have booked our flight by noon on the previous day or the same day and would have guided us better.. Inspite of contacting the travel triangle agents they couldnt handle this and gave me the worst experience ever...the holiday episode guys have booked a room in Value hotel thompson at singapore with the hotel's review being very bad in trip advisor...i asked for a change of hotel and was accommodated at days wyndham singapore, that does not entertain early check in.. the agent kept arguing with me to get into value hotel thompson..if we needed early check in... Travel triangle agents couldnt do anything and were apologising for booking the flight tickets early because of which early check in couldnt be arranged...finally after paying 2,75,000 INR i had to pay rs.4000/- again for an early check for one room and no complimentary break fast was arranged and we didnt have an idea abt this.... The holiday episode guys have delayed and carried the confirmation vouchers till the nth moment giving us lot of stress... Singapore visa reached us just a day before travel inspite of paying them advance almost a month back...scheduled itinetary was not in place and had to keep asking them repeatedly for that...we received it on the day of travel... We were in the universal studios and didnt have entry tickets...had to ping them on whatsapp group, and then the tickets were sent... We reached Kuala Lumpur , Ibis style hotel and there we learn we need to pay 40 Malaysian ringetts for travel tax, that was not mentioned before...when i spike to the agent, he said we need to pay and that does not need to be told...40 ringetts is a small amount but still needs to be mentioned when travelling abroad ..something like hidden charges from the agent....after yelling at the agent that he was responsible for the entire accommodation, over an international call, the amount was later refunded after we reached india.. The trip would have been better without these hiccups...ibis style and days hotel by wyndham are all boutique hotels especially designed for tourists from abroad..food was ok... Water was not provided by the agent except in malaysia where 500ml of water was provided for a day per person...my earlier trips did so...i have no idea if that is done by other agencies.. Positives from the trip, we did enjoy n had a good family time Night safari, universal studios, jenting highlands

Hi, Drivers were very professional and we enjoyed the ride. FIVE STAR OUT OF FIVE. For travel agency, we had to follow up alot in the starting first 2 days but thereafter, everything came on time. Travel agency needs to work on this part as timely advance intimation is must in service industry. THREE STAR OUT OF FIVE. HOTEL Boss- Have room with Balcony, you will enjoy the view. Location is also best as can cover max. area with least travel time. Yes, had to compromise with room comparing prices but that's ok
