      Service of cab driver was outstanding ,He was very polite and well behaved Hotel Food and Breakfast was good But the room service was not up to the mark due to following reason : 1.The Bedsheet and Pillow cover was not replaced even after messaging several times in the reception 2 . Flush system in the toilet of room no 104 was defective

      We recently had a trip to Udaipur arranged by your agency, and overall, it was a great experience. The accommodations, itinerary, and arrangements were well-planned, and we truly enjoyed exploring the city. However, one concern we faced was the frequent change of cab drivers. Each day, a new driver was assigned, which made it slightly inconvenient to adjust to different driving styles and explain our preferences repeatedly. It would be much better if a single driver could be assigned for the entire tour to ensure a smoother and more comfortable experience.       Had a nice experience with Udaipur Touring, the itinerary was updated according to our requirements with good hygenic hotels Our driver Mahendra was very polite, punctual and made sure our journey was comfortable. Well versed guides provided in Udaipur who explained the history adequately and took wonderful pictures. Just faced 1 issue that is continuous change of hotel rooms due to multiple problems.

      Overall experience with my first hotel that I suggested was grt except the room view but the second hotel sarovar suggested by pooja was not that grt and the check out time is 10 am that is too early. I told my agent pooja that I requested the hotel to atleast extend it for 1 hr but they were not ready so I asked the agent to ask the driver to take us to market as my flight was around 3:00 pm and there was gap of 2 hrs where shouId I go. She was least bothered to revert back and said u ask the hotel to extend the time and driver is only for dropping u to the airport for last day. Till date she did not replied to my message. Also one more thing that the driver took 400 rs extra for parking where he did not even parked his car and he did not suggested us good market for shopping as he did not wanted to go anywhere apart from fee mentioned places.       It was a pleasure visiting Jaipur for four days. Agent Preethi Sharma provided quick responses to any query I had. She also included good guides at different venues. She also arranged a very good driver Ram Gopal who made me very comfortable travelling with him. He is an excellent driver. Related to my hotel, Royal View, first day I had an issue with getting sleep because of noise from the floor. Next day management upgraded me to a higher floor. That resolved my issue. Reception desk Chettan and his colleagues provided excellent service. Breakfast was ok. Very enjoyable stay for four days. Covered all places that were quoted in my plan. Its great to have received super service.

      Experience was all over good but there was few issue which I have faced in hotel. 1. Food plates was not clean they seems to be yellowish, not proper wash. 2. As per quotation welcome drink is mentioned however hotel didn't provide welcome drink. 3. Curtains was very dirty. 4. As per quotation executive room was mentioned, however in the room which we stayed was not executive. Best part of my trip is location and jaipur food and all that.
