      Had a great holiday, would like to break the review in three parts, 1. Planning and execution by the Travel Triangle team: Excellent in this aspect. We had no hiccups at the end of the hotel and transportation arrangements. 2. Hotel and vehicle arrangement by Namaskaram Travels: Good property, the vehicle was provided and the drivers were also supportive. The only issue was the air conditioning of the vehicle, the climate to and from Waynad was a bit hot and the vehicle AC was not up to the task. 3. Local sightseeing: we faced a problem due to the language barrier. we were not able to re-plan the location due to a lack of local information.

      Trip to Mysore, Waynad and Ooty. Mysore stay was good. Hotel at Waynad was dirty, smelly and do not have resort facility but called as Resort. Ooty hotel stay was good but food was costly. Travel Agent might have book waynad hotel by looking at name of hotel not done detailed review of it, which created some issue, same for AC room were asked however it was not booked.

      The trip was good. I felt it was over-priced a little. However, given the less number of people, I agree the pricing was little over. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. However, the hotel doesn't provide any wifi, which is a minimum expectation from a hotel. Lastly, I was informed by the hotel that room rent for a day was refunded. But I was informed by travel agency "DiscoverMyTravel" that the money would be refunded as a credit note. This is completely unacceptable for me. When I paid in cash/card, how can you expect me to accept some credit voucher. Try to arrange for a proper refund policy.

      I went to Kerala trip ( 5 days and 4 nights) 18-May-2019 to 22-May-2019 using travel triangle. Sharing travels is the agent who planned my trip. Namith is the Point of contact for me from sharing travels. The best thing I felt from Namith is response from his side is very quick. when ever I am in confusion or having any difficulties in trip (checkin to hotels) Namith responded very quickly and resolved the issues. My experience was good. Pros: a) Driver along with car will be there along with you through out the trip. If you are a single driver or going along with family then this will be usefull. b) Budget is reasonably good. c) Hotel bookings and travel places will be designed by the travel agents which will help you in having smooth experience. Overall experience was good. Cons: a) I felt driver should have taken to more places and most of the time he offs AC.I don't want to have any argument hence I kept quite even though I felt sad. b) Most of the places I spent my money again to see the places(Spice gardens and flower parks wonder Vally). I felt at least some things should be taken care by agent. (At the end I felt agent did hotel booking and car along with driver) c) When we are at alleppey house boat the driver went to some other place again we need to pay extra money to auto person to reach to beach. Conclusion: Next trip onwards Could you please make sure even though you take more money also not a problem but I felt end to end trip should be taken care by agent. Driver should be more available and we should not dependent on third party vendor for travel in side trip (if its mandatory then its fine). itinerary should have been better..most of the good time in day is wasted in travelling between cities (Munnar - thekkady- Alleppey ). I am getting tired when I reach that destination (around 12 PM to 1 Pm you will reach every day) by 6 pm driver will take you to hotel..Its my sincere suggestion that if you can correct this things you can provide really good experience to travellers like me.. I am happy about your service..but I felt above things should be taken care as I felt very sad in the trip. Hotels should be good and mostly try to provide good resorts (when we are travelling with family it is really important)..you can charge more , its still fine.

But overall arrangement which wad provided by Travel triangle associated travel adviser "Trips on Clicks" was hassle free.

      would rate this trip as 3 because of 3 reasons: 1. Hotel Room : even after making the bookings 1.5 months before , the room allotted was quite noisy and had no scope of change 2. House Boat: was provided at kumarkum even though the address says Alleppye. and KumarKum is remote place and has nothing to do in the evening time 3. Not allowing us to visit Alleppye even after making multiple request
