lers, travelling with different tour services in Thailand. Overall tour experience was good except lunch. Day 3: krabi to Phuket transfer: through private car, comfortable journey. Centara blue resort- Resort property was huge but not managed/maintained properly, basic Amenities like room slippers were not even provided, there is safety concern for individual to roam alone, no proper lighting inside resort in night time, no CCTV monitoring in the individual buildings. Construction work was on going and not feeling safety for girls. Only water was available free inside room rest kept things were chargeable even a packet of chips was to be paid. No prior check was done on the property by TT Thailand team. Day 4: phi phi Island tour: nice overall experience, good tour service provider, good quality food served. Day 5: transfer from phuket hotel to airport- again the 16 seater cab. Overall ratings- 2.5 out of 5. Improvement needed- 1. We were not getting any information about the driver name, taxi number to match with, only we were informed the times to meet the person at lobby. Huge safety concern. 2. Least guidance to the travellers who are traveling, not even a single call made by TT team to actively understand the traveller needs.

rt when we were about to miss our trip not because of him obviously. we have booked thailand tickets from kolkata but because of mess created by Air India(own booked) we missed the flight booked by kunal.we have lost all hopes of this trip but kunal was saviour at last minute and just few hours before our departure he arranged another ticket for us from delhi. Cant forget this extended support and help. Trip experience was amazing and thailand co-ordinators were also nice and helpful. will definitely recommend ease o trip to everyone and now we are one loyal customers and will definitely recommend him to all our friends and family and for all our future bookings. ter. Street market and restaurants are at 2 min walk. Nice hotel with good food and staff. Cab arrived on time at Krabi but in Phuket they were not on time. Last ride from phuket hotel to phuket international hotel was horrible. First of all driver came late by 30 minutes then after boarding he took us to cab station and asked us to shift in another traveller. After covering few km, that second driver stopped car at some place and waited for his friend . Later again he asked us to shift in 3rd cab. Overall experience was good. Tour guide of both the places were good, punctual and friendly. Covered all the places as mentioned in our package.

on in the doller conversion in airport and if asked why such variation you are looked down upon and even treated badly by returning your currency and cancelling the order.... site visit guides were keen on commercial stops rather than the tourist spots tourist were left scot free and left to you to explore which could have been done and planned ourselves why a travel agent is required???? we were promised additional dinner vouchers by Breakbags Mr Souvjit Srakar he said it will be delivered on arrival ( He infact said it will be a gala dinner) , a big lie nothing of that sort happened. How do they expect the traveler with fly to wait at the hotel lobby after a tiring flt journey for more than 9 hrs just because the hotel check in is 2 pm ( We were told by the tour support MR Roy that this is the international practice and we can not do anything , my simple query was knowing fully well this why the agent could not propose a early check in with option for us to choose, I was compelled and I had to sell out 1000 bhats and additionally 500 bhat for breakfast ???!!! you may call it hidden cost and deliberately done by the agent to keep the quote appear low ???) , In fact looking at the Itinerary I suggested change it was told we are aware and it will be okay. The cab quality was worst and they shown the cab snap when it was new, the site visit cab was unable to even climb the slops ( I in fact checked with Sovijit about the provision of good cab ( It was a nightmare to travelk in a bad cab for 2-3 hrs in mid night from Phuket to Krbi and on top of it to check in after 6 hrs , as planned by them , he promised that in Thailand all cabs are good !!!!) . My experience with Travel triangle was to be changed completely after my wonderful trip to Mauritius thro them..... Pl do a serious correction... Thank you
