Spend 4 Memorable Days In Fabulous Phuket 4 Days & 3 Nights

We had a great time in Phuket with perfect itinerary. the hotel stay was wonderful . Thanks to Divya from Travel2Agent, who was touch with us throughout and most of our concerns were taken care of .

1. The location of resort was wonderful 2. Restaurant and activities inside the resort was well managed and enjoyable 3. Drivers and local agent was well coordinated and pretty helpful in resolving every issue instantly. 4. Fantasea show's dinner buffet wasn't that great but I enjoyed the show 5. Interection with Tigers at Tiger kingdom was real fun but couldn't enjoy much as it was just for 10mins and the park itself is very small so we covered it within 30mins which wasn't worth of spending a while day. This should have been informed by the travel agent as she only suggested for this activity. 6. Phi Phi island should have been a 2 day trip since we got only 2 hours to explore the island (without any guide) including 1 hour of lunch which wasn't that great. 7. James Bond island trip was the memory that we will always cherish of this trip. The food, the location, the scenic beauty and the guide were all amazing. 8. The only struggle I faced was mostly during the time of planning and booking this trip. Service provided by Indian Travel Agent and Travel Triangle team was pathetic. I have already shared the feedback of booking and planning on email.

Reviews of the arranged trip: Day 1: private vehicle was a 16 seater uncomfortable traveller bus but not the car from phuket airport to krabi hotel. Apple a day resort: Good to stay hotel. Can plan the stay again. Day 2: krabi 4 island tour: Lunch served was not good as compared to the other travellers, travelling with different tour services in Thailand. Overall tour experience was good except lunch. Day 3: krabi to Phuket transfer: through private car, comfortable journey. Centara blue resort- Resort property was huge but not managed/maintained properly, basic Amenities like room slippers were not even provided, there is safety concern for individual to roam alone, no proper lighting inside resort in night time, no CCTV monitoring in the individual buildings. Construction work was on going and not feeling safety for girls. Only water was available free inside room rest kept things were chargeable even a packet of chips was to be paid. No prior check was done on the property by TT Thailand team. Day 4: phi phi Island tour: nice overall experience, good tour service provider, good quality food served. Day 5: transfer from phuket hotel to airport- again the 16 seater cab. Overall ratings- 2.5 out of 5. Improvement needed- 1. We were not getting any information about the driver name, taxi number to match with, only we were informed the times to meet the person at lobby. Huge safety concern. 2. Least guidance to the travellers who are traveling, not even a single call made by TT team to actively understand the traveller needs.

Trip was memorable. Hotel in Phuket is not up to the mark. It could have been better. Price can be minimized in the package. Island Tour was a really good. Krabi hotel was good.

We are very happy with the wonderful trip arranged by ease o trip (specially Kunal). This guy is gem and has very good contacts in hospitality industry. Our trip to thailand memorable only because of him . All the arrangements done were exactly like we expected. Kunal has given his extended support when we were about to miss our trip not because of him obviously. we have booked thailand tickets from kolkata but because of mess created by Air India(own booked) we missed the flight booked by kunal.we have lost all hopes of this trip but kunal was saviour at last minute and just few hours before our departure he arranged another ticket for us from delhi. Cant forget this extended support and help. Trip experience was amazing and thailand co-ordinators were also nice and helpful. will definitely recommend ease o trip to everyone and now we are one loyal customers and will definitely recommend him to all our friends and family and for all our future bookings. We decided the Place but we were not sure of the transport, hotel booking and other thing over theres. That's were we found Travel Triangle. No Doubt these guys rocked. Be it the budget, Transit Flights, Cab,Hotel booking, visiting places everything was perfect and within our budget. if we have planned our self we would have missed few but Travel Triangle persons have taken care of each and every aspect in our Thailand and Bangkok trip. When it comes to trip or vacation the one thing that everyone expects will be the peace of mind, these guys have everything planned we ahead with buffer and you can relax and enjoy the tour without any tension or hurry.

Hotels were very good. At krabi we stayed at "Andamanee Boutique Resort". It is located little interior but very calm, quiet and pleasant resort. Staff was very friendly and food was nice. If you want to relax in calm place book this resort. At Phuket we stayed at "Crib Patong" located at city center. Street market and restaurants are at 2 min walk. Nice hotel with good food and staff. Cab arrived on time at Krabi but in Phuket they were not on time. Last ride from phuket hotel to phuket international hotel was horrible. First of all driver came late by 30 minutes then after boarding he took us to cab station and asked us to shift in another traveller. After covering few km, that second driver stopped car at some place and waited for his friend . Later again he asked us to shift in 3rd cab. Overall experience was good. Tour guide of both the places were good, punctual and friendly. Covered all the places as mentioned in our package.

Overall a good experienece however destination guidance could have been much better and lacked personal touch and it was all remote controlled thro' local agents who were rude and even asked you are not a VIP I think THailand should consider every touriest as VIP. Beware of exorbitant variation in the doller conversion in airport and if asked why such variation you are looked down upon and even treated badly by returning your currency and cancelling the order.... site visit guides were keen on commercial stops rather than the tourist spots tourist were left scot free and left to you to explore which could have been done and planned ourselves why a travel agent is required???? we were promised additional dinner vouchers by Breakbags Mr Souvjit Srakar he said it will be delivered on arrival ( He infact said it will be a gala dinner) , a big lie nothing of that sort happened. How do they expect the traveler with fly to wait at the hotel lobby after a tiring flt journey for more than 9 hrs just because the hotel check in is 2 pm ( We were told by the tour support MR Roy that this is the international practice and we can not do anything , my simple query was knowing fully well this why the agent could not propose a early check in with option for us to choose, I was compelled and I had to sell out 1000 bhats and additionally 500 bhat for breakfast ???!!! you may call it hidden cost and deliberately done by the agent to keep the quote appear low ???) , In fact looking at the Itinerary I suggested change it was told we are aware and it will be okay. The cab quality was worst and they shown the cab snap when it was new, the site visit cab was unable to even climb the slops ( I in fact checked with Sovijit about the provision of good cab ( It was a nightmare to travelk in a bad cab for 2-3 hrs in mid night from Phuket to Krbi and on top of it to check in after 6 hrs , as planned by them , he promised that in Thailand all cabs are good !!!!) . My experience with Travel triangle was to be changed completely after my wonderful trip to Mauritius thro them..... Pl do a serious correction... Thank you

The total trip was very nice. Indochine hotel is very good. Please use that hotel. Had a very good rememberance in it. The travel agent helped a lot. Partha Guptha was very nice, he was reachable always during doubts or questions or issues even when I was in Thailand. Specify thanks to him. I would recommend you to take I need travels next time and please ask for agent Partha, he was really helpful.
