I would like to thank Mr.Anurag who was our point of contact who arranged us the best in all sort of arrangements. Beginning with we reaching at portblair we have been arranged cab at airport special mention about the cab driver Mr.Nageswar who was able to understand and help us at that point and from their to reaching the jetty (makruzz)which was very comfortably arranged.As hotels were booked by us the local transport was arranged by Mr.Anurag and it is very hassle free. THE MOST IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE IS SCUBA DIVING -it was awesome and never before experience. The local agents were really helpful by attending our queries and helping out . Mr.Anurag and team has made the best plan to visit each and every place like radhanagar beach,elephant beach(for which we have to go by boat which was also arranges by mr.anurag) and last but not least the light show which was also included in the trip. We had a great time in Andaman. Everything went as per the Itinerary. Thanks to Lazyatra. However, we expected better hotels at Port Blair and Havelock. April 17th and April 21st - Hotel Seagull at Port Blair - The hotel was decent and clean, However the rooms were too small and there was no welcome drink. April 18th and 19th - Hotel Blue Island Beach Resort - The hotel was not clean at all. There was no Welcome drink. The washroom had a foul smell. There were ants roaming all round the bathroom. The flush, buckets and mugs were not maintained well. There was no room service. We expected room to be cleaned up as we had 2 days of stay. The bath towels were also not changed on the second day. We expected them to change bath towels, refill water bottles as they were already used on the first day. But noneof these were done. There was no intercom to connect to reception or restaurant. On checking about the same with one of the staff, they bluntly requested to walk down to reception and restaurant by mentioning "Thoda chala kijiye, insaan ke sehat ke liye acha hota hai". This kind of behaviour wasnt expected. I am attaching photos of Blue Island Beach resort.

My overall vacation experience was good with Travel Triangles, Agents were timely and polite they explained the itinerary pretty well , specially Yasith was great and accommodating. Drivers we met were polite as well their cabs were clean and tidy with good music ON all the time , it was always nice conversing with them. Few of the Hotel Staff we met were nice and helpful too. But there were few things I'd like to specify in particular which could have been better : 1. Hotels : Out of 3 Hotels 2 were mildly unsatisfactory reasons being cleanliness (Rooms/Restroom) , Food option, minimal services by Staff and Locations . 2. Cab Facilities : Drivers we met in all the locations were great! They were doing their job just right and probably just what they were instructed. But, we did not utilise Cab as much as we should have. Some of the Hotels booked in our itinerary were booked so close from our pickup point that Cab was not necessary at all, for this least Travel Triangle should offer transportation to restaurant somewhere out rather than asking for payment if we want a trip to place where we can eat just because it wasn't in the itinerary - Minimal Cab was utilised in Havelock Island. 3. Itinerary could have been prepared a bit better : Ferries were booked in such a way that our Entire Day 4 was at the HOTEL in Port Blare , Nothing was planned and no cab facilities were provided that day after we reached to the hotel. Ferry from Neil was in the morning - couldn't do anything there and after reaching to Port Blare for any Cab assistance extra charge would have been levied Trip felt like even after paying 75k we spent way too much by ourselves and did not utilise all the Money I spent.

This was a fantastic trip with no problem.. enjoyed each n every moment... All the promises done by travel agent was very much fullfilled... Every person was very supportive....hotel at portblair was very good staff was very supportive.... Hotel at neil was very good, view was excellent... Bit only problem was faced related to their menu constraint although whatever they supplied was very tasty.... Hotel at havelock was very good, beautiful room, food was very tasty... Only the toilet was not as good as expected.... all cab drivers were very supportive... Only problem faced at neil where mr surojit doesnt come to pick up also due to network problem it was very difficult to contact hom somehow we managed by talking other drivers the they helped us to mabage for cab.... Over all the experience was very good... A very big thanks to Rohit who always extended his support... . Finally i would like to give a very big thanks and also will appreciate Ms RITU because of her followups and supports we made this trip..... Thanks to Andamaan great holidays team for supporting on each n every place....... Thanks
