      Shivarv's 4 days trip to Andaman

      I booked Andaman package in ArrangeMyTrip via Travel triangle. But Andaman bliss agent did pickup and drop. This agent did multiple pickups and drop so the driver drop us in on sightseeing place and he goes for other trip, we waited so long after every sightseeing. Coordinator are busy in other customer and they assigned some other Cab persons. For each pickup and drop the cab driver are changing and multiple persons called and each one speaks differently.One is saying like we can go for one sightseeing place and other one called and said like we can go to other place. In the 3rd day of tour, they didn't take us to any sightseeing place or not even for shopping.Light show in cellular jail is cancelled due to technical issues.but instead of that place they didn't took us to other alternative place. They asked extra charges for 1km 1000rs. No extra places/sightseeing was taken instead of the cancelled one and not even took us for shopping and museum which was mentioned in itinerary. Snorkeling, parasailing, ferry but Everything we paid separately for enjoying in the trip.

      Excellent service from the entire team. Travel Triangle is the best place to take your package. We felt very very satisfied with the service provided. Every single day was taken care very well, extremely well organised. They kept up timing and the plan very well. We were well informed about the next days plan. What time to be ready, what time is the pick up, which all places we are covering for the day, explained all the activities available in the beaches, drivers came to pick up exactly on time drivers were very kind, very professional and also was very helpful to my parents who.were aged. Overall loved the experience by Travel Triangle and Dream Yatra who gave us the best experience during our vacation. Thank you Zafar, Rahul and the entire team.

      Symphony Palms, Havelock is an old property and not well maintained. The price was not worth the stay experience. We had to upgrade our room but still it was not what we were expecting. Staff are not sensitive and worst Service ever.

      I booked my Andaman trip through MyTripLab and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the itinerary was well-planned, and the agent was responsive to my queries. However, there were a few areas that required improvement. I had to repeatedly check with the agent for vouchers and confirmations, which caused some inconvenience. Additionally, there were some minor discrepancies in the travel arrangements that were rectified only after I brought them to the agent's attention. Despite these issues, I appreciate the agent's efforts in making our trip memorable. But I think the agent require some fine-tuning in their processes Rating: 3.5/5

      I have contacted travel traingle for my Andman trip on a couple package with infant, I have received multiple agent from which I've choosen LazyYatra as which is budget friendly and good follow up. As promised they have Provided iternary trip in smooth and convenient and we didn't face any hurdles from agent but only thing is that monsoon rain has little upset for us due to rain we missed Elephant beach, etc.. but otherwise everything looks good , and I want to add on hotel the provided rooms are pretty small which is Little conjuncted to stay

      We had a great trip to Andaman with Traveltriangle, Amtu from Jubliant travels helped us a lot while choosing the hotels and package. Going with kids and elders I was little afraid on how it’s going to be, but they were very punctual right from picking us from airport and back to airport. They booked both open and closed ferry for us to experience , it was great. De Pebbles hotel is the best in Andaman. Havelock and Elephanta are awesome.

      Overall a very good experience. Roy and Uttam have been very helpful and cooperative. Only thing we missed out from the itinerary was elephant beach and complimentary snorkeling.

      The hotel was great but there was a problem that booking details were not properly provided to Hotel reception because of which I had to wait and call the travel triangle customer support. The name of booking was wrong . However , the travel triangle team helped us to check in and clear all confusions within 20-25 minutes. But the experience was not smooth. Overall stay was great.
