      Day 1: Underwater world was cancelled! Agent dharmesh dint picked up but he stated dat hs driver was tr in lobby! We askd hotl ppl regarding this ty wer saying dat no1 came nd askd us!       It was a very good experience, especially phi phi islands and Chao praya river cruise. Was a bit disappointed with Safari world, because could not catch up all the animal shows. But the shows which we saw were amazing (bird, dolphin, orangutan)

      Tour places and destinations that was decided by the agent was really good, although there are few things that can be taken care of easily so that the trip becomes easy for elderly people. 1. If the Check-In time at Thailand Hotels and Resorts are after 2 PM, agents should include the stay as per the traveler arrival. My parents arrived at DMK airport at 6 AM and they were in Pattaya around 8 AM. Now the Hotel staff was allowing them to do the Check-In before 2 PM. They had to wait at the hotel lobby all tired and frustrated from the travel and agents did nothing to resolve it. They said that you can buy a room for one day with extra pay. What is use of booking through agent if I have to buy a room at that moment even when I already paid for the entire package. This is really inconvenient for elderly people and agents should understand that and try to make their trip comfortable. 2. Since my Parents were not allowed to do the check-in before 2 PM, they were also not allowed to have breakfast at the Hotel with the coupons provided which was included in the package. Hotel staff said that coupons are valid only after check-in so that day's breakfast they had to buy on their own. 3. Hotel room Wi-fi was not not working for a day at Pattaya. 4. It's always good to give the Travel Itinerary before traveling to the tour destination so that the travel is aware and mentally prepared. 5. At Pattaya, Cab driver didn't know the route to the Hotel. This is an overhead on travel. 6. They had to carry the luggage (kept in cab while sightseeing) for Bangkok city tour. This is not feasible for anyone to keep luggage with them while actually in the middle of sightseeing. Besides, the places the agent decided and the 24/7 support through WhatsApp was really good.

      It was a very well organized tour at a reasonable rate. Everything was great except for your team's coordination with the local contact person as well as the cab guide in Bangkok. Our experience with Mrs. Jern (contact person in Bangkok) was very poor. And WhatsApp support on last day of our trip 22/04/2019 was very dissatisfying. When a customer is expressing their concern about an issue, a solution is to be provided, instead of blaming it on the customer itself or telling that it isn't their problem. And most importantly, the approximate duration of each activity should be mentioned in the itinerary or conveyed to the customer by the team. Overall, the WhatsApp support group gave us very quick response and clarified our doubts immediately. We would like to express our appreciation to Mrs. Pum (local contact person in Phuket) for her efforts to keep us regularly updated and also to Mrs. Nana (local guide in Phuket for city tour) for her friendliness and amazing tour guiding skills.

      The trip was very good. But few things to consider. Learn some Thai before hand which will be quite useful while dealing with local store keepers and cab drivers. My schedule was bit hectic due to the timings. So, always check for a gap of at least 1-2 hour for each trip and consider the traffic as well. One suggestion is to keep water bottle with you other wise the drinking water is very costly. Everything else was all good.

      This is the second time I was booking my trip wit travel triangle... This time I was heavy disappointed wit their service... Firstly they didn't create any group as they usually do.. They kept us at the mercy of the drivers... V didn't get any info abt our nxt prog unless u call n ask our agent in India... In our bangkok itinerary it was mentioned as 2 temple tour but they showed only one temple n skiped another one saying itz raining, itz far n traffic jam..... It was not properly coordinated btw hotel pple, travel I charge etc... V were always in dark abt our nxt prog.... Iam highly disappointed......i vl not cme bck to travel triangle again...

      Hotel at Phuket was good (clean and hygiene), however hotel in Bangkok was ok ok ( not so clean and Hygiene). The hotel staff were very supportive in both the places. The service from travel triangle team was good and they helped through out the trip, however I have one suggestion for improvement I.e. the communication from the team should be quick and should give information in advance rather than travelers asking for the information.
