      everything was great except the hotel location and food options. the hotel was located too far from main attractions, thus we were not able to cover other places in our free time. food options for breakfast, were not that great at hotels, especially for Indians. Even being non vegetarians we struggled for food every day.

      It was my first foreign trip to Bangkok n Phuket..it was well arranged by breakbag tream ..Mr Mayank Roy,Satyajit ,Sayan Roy all were helpful during the trip..minor problems were solved immediately.. sometimes the drivers ,sic were late ..Thanks to trival triangle n break bag team..going through immigration,visa on arrival , security check was hectic at bangkok..Last day layover between the flights could be lessened.. eventually it was good experience.. Best memory was at safari world n phi phi Island ...it was nice experience..

      Good service provided and value for money. Only thing that could have got better is if there was some suggestions given for leisure time on nearby places to visit from the hotel as language was a big problem. And some drivers were not timely and we had to wait for longer duration to get picked up. Time given at phi phi Island was very short.       Our trip to Thailand was amazing. The agent Brajesh was very sweet and helpful, the hotel Golden Sea Pattaya was fabulous but we didn't like the hotel Le Fenix that much. Getting soaking wet in the back of a speedboat caught in torrential rain. Proposing to my girlfriend and celebrating in a traditional thai restaurant afterwards.
