Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit

Great trip,... everything was so well organized, the coordination was done very well. My family and I have to say a big thank you to Mayukh and Vanni from ttravel baggages for helping us at every step of this holiday. My 5 stars to Mayukh....thank you for all the trouble taken when the flights were cancelled. The 2 days well spent in Phuket. My kids loved every moment on the trip to Phi phi.

I have taken a trip to Thailand with Travel Triangle's Agent Unique Travels. Thanks Miss Palak and team for well planned and customised holiday as per our requirement. We really had the great one. I have some concern about the trip, I know u have multiple requests to handle but there should be improvement in the timely updates from your side. The only issue was that you have sent me the confirmation vouchers on last moment and about the visa form assistance I would like you to know that the form u have given me was the correct one. Same form available at the airport also. And about your Bankok agent, He was quick to resolve the queries but the issue was I have to Ask him all the time about the schedule and details. And Bankok hotel was not customer friendly. And very small. About Krabi the agent was superb she was very prompt in letting us know about every details. The Krabi's Hula Hula resort was awesome and staff there was very cooperative. About Phuket, the agent there was great one, she was very prompt and managed very well. The Coconut Village Resort is also the good one. All the activities were also awesome, only thing I had issue with is the Phi Phi Island tour, the tickets booked were economy tickets which I would have liked you to inform me first so that we would have managed it from here itself.(we paid extra to upgrade the tickets) which is fair enough but prior information would have helped us more. About the Airport Pickups I couldn't see your representative on the said location, we have to call on arrival for the assistance. Rest all other things were perfect. Thanks for making the trip memorable for us. About Best Memories, All of them were cherishable for life. Pattaya - just fallen in love with the city. Alcazar Show was awesome. Coral Island- once in a life time experience. Thrilling Para sailing and underwater adventure!! Simply mesmerising- had videos and photos too!! Very hospitable and cooperating guides althrough. FX Hotel - just loved the stay there. Art in paradise - one of a kind, in 3D version. Took lot of marvellous pictures trying to capture Pattaya and Bangkok in a nutshell besides beholding nature’s beauty and unique creations through our mortal eyes!! Temples were beautiful and open Safari was simply mind blowing beyond words!! A very pleasant and memorable and happening trip !! Although the trip was very good, all the bookings and service of cab provided was very good by travel triangle. Only thing which we don't the like was that one driver was very rude with us and we don't like the manner he talked to us.

we had a great but didn't like Centara Blue Marine Resort & Spa Phuket. room location and view wasn't nice. though holiday inn was good krabi . we had a great stay there

Tat was an awesome experience for us. Best place is safari world and the coral island trips are very gud enjoyed a lot. The guide and the drivers are on time but the check in time makes us feel lightly uncomfortable if u change tat it would be better for the people for refresh. Other than that it was an awesome experience enjoyed a lot and lot.
