The resort suggested was great and the arrangements were done really well by the resort staff. Our agent here in India was horrible. He never gave us complete information about anything. We had specifically asked for Seaplane to get to the resort and he never bothered to tell us that the resort in the quote doesn't have that option. Similarly, he booked the resort from 2pm onwards when we reached there in the morning tired and sleep driven. If we were informed before that he would do this we would have adjusted the timings on the quote. On the whole really bad agent. This trip would have been better if we booked ourselves. It would have less hassle and more peace

Trip didn’t start well as we waited at Airport on arrival at Maldives for 1.5 hours then we didn’t received candle light dinner at male hotel ui inn . After that ui inn dropped us at airport before their checkout time at 11:30 and again we waited for almost 3 hours to be transferred to Thulagiri resort which was exhausting. I am very disappointed with this mis managed travel commute . Thulagiri Resort and its water villa was the best lyftime experiences I can ever have....
