      My mussoorie trip was amazing and delightful. Mr. Shivam Tripathi from Pc tour and travels did more than I expected and did everything he could do to make my trip the best one. He is good organiser and cooperative person. Hotel Highland which he provided was quite good, food was excellent too. Car Driver Mr. Khem Singh is a jolly person, helped us whenever and wherever we needed. He did more than he could do. He took us places where we could get good food and pictures spots. I would like to thank Mr. Shivam, Mr. Khem singh, and travel triangle team for making the trip a memorable one. If I get a chance I will surely book again with Pc.       We had to re-schedule are our trip twice but our agent Ajeet Anand supported us both the times and made adjustment. The hotel was also great specially the effort they made to provide us baby food twice a day. The cab driver was good too. Always on time and provided smooth travel.

      The trip was overal good but the agent who promised that she will assist you any time during the trip was a completely lie. Agent Kalpana, I am very disappointment with your service whater we agreed during booking she did not fulfill that. Giving 2 stars only because of you. For people who book from any agent for everything you discuss during booking please ask the agent to specifically add those things in to the quotation otherwise they will agree during the booking and they denied everything during your trip. Very bad experience with this agent. Giving 2 stars only because Driver and hotel staff was good.

      Worst experience. We book package coz we are new to place. Itenary looked like it's taken care end to end. But they take responsibility of only hotel booking and taxi. That to cheapest possible...nothing else..I literally struggled during kedarnath tour driver doesn't know agent neither abt package...he says his duty is to drop, we struggled to search hotels...and manage everything else on our own..they dint even register for yatra as promised..I had to book sitting late night in the hotel. They never respond to the calls. And margin they charge for following up constantly and bookings is 60%.. Avoid these people...if you don't star them better u can't submit the feedback
