The trip was good. Chirag our travel agent was available at all times for communication . Addressed our queries. So was the bansi bhaiya our cab driver was genuine and good. Was very communicative and polite. . Crystal sarovar hotel was fab in agra. The only thing a bit annoying was the hotel trans international at mahipalpur delhi pathetic service and room facility broken mug no essential toiletries . Rest all good. All the historic monuments taj mahal being the bestest one

I must appreciate Mr Manoj who was in constant touch with us at every step of our journey right from pick up at Delhi airport on 27 th June till droping back at Delhi Airport on 30 th June and ensuring that it is going smoothly and happily. Excellent service from the REIFY (www.itvaar. com), special mention of Mr Arun Duneja for understanding the need and tailor made our travel plans. As requested, Mr Arun arrange the right cab driver as per our need with no issues throughout our 6 days journey from Delhi Mathura, Vri davan, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri and back to Delhi. I would definitely recommend cab driver Mr Ashish Kumar (+917906200780) and services of REIFY travel agency.. If anything I could correct in the entire trip is the Hotel provided in Delhi, Meridian Plaza - property appeared dated but otherwise everything was good.. Important message to Travel Triangle Team - Though you have appointed Mr Sagar Shivhare 8279715029 as point of contact has neither contacted me nor has bothered to respond to my phone calls before or after my trip. I have reported this issue to Travel Triangle Team before start of my visit but seems no response. I have also not got the so called free 10K vouchers on booking with travel triangle.. Hope to receive the response through TT team. However the shortfall from TT coordinator os well covered by Mr Arun Duneja from REIFY which made our trip memorable. Not sure if I would prefer Travel Triangle for mzy next tour but surely will reach to REIFY for my next vacation... ताज महाल

Trip was well organised and 24/7 support was available, We enjoyed the trip so much Few suggestions improve in next trip:- For local trip near India gate and rashrapathi bhavan we walked 2.5 Km, Driver was not aware of trip plan. Vehicle CNG was filled only during trip starting, it can be filled earlier. During Agra trip 3 time at CNG station around 1 hour wasted. In Agra suddenly unknown guide was entered Mentioning he was from aapakTripwala. Fast tag recharge was not done for vehicle and we waited for 30 to 60 mins on highway due to network issues,he was not ready to pay for cash transactions. For Trip coordination-4.5/5 For Room in Delhi-3/5 For Room in Agra-4.5/5 For vehicle- 3/5 Thank you

Local cab in Delhi was not upto the mark. While you travel there shouldn't be a time limit of releasing the cab by 5pm no matter whether it is local tour or not..How can you expect tourist to be inside the hotel room by 5pm in the evening and that too in Delhi? Apart from this last day local tour problem rest was excellent

The hotel in Agra and Ranthambore we're good But the one in Delhi was not good... The travel agent was not readily available..and there was a major goodup with our jungle safari...I thought the safari was booked by agent.. which was not ..and the had no idea safaris have to be booked months prior..so we ended up going to ranthambore and not going on a tiger safari.i think the travel agent should have guided us regarding this. Overall management of the travel agent was not good Tajmahal of course

I would like to say that few Pros & Cons- Pros- Agent Tripsailor service in terms of quick reply and any support was good Cons- The hotels which were booked , except Vaishnodevi rest all were poor in quality . Not considered as 3 star hotel. I myself could have booked better hotel within same budget. Suggestion to Travel Traingle- I have done 2 trips with travel traingle ( International - Thailand & Domeestic - Delhi , amrtisr, jammu & Agra) , I find your support service is very good , but the hotels were provided not at all appreciated. I just adjusted with things as i had to stay for 1 night in most of the places. But please consider this as a critical feedback and work upon it .

Over all the trip was good but not excellent. We had good time as it was a big family trip (12 members) but not with the tourist attractions or other facilities. Delhi the hotel was good and the food was excellent, but Agra was total opposite were the food and the hotel was bad except the tourist attractions. The itinerary was not well planned as we had less time but more places to visit. Next time i guess i will also have to do some preparation before i go with all the options you provide. Thank you .

The driver should be professional in attitude, follow the itinerary and not defy them in the guise of challan being issued by R.T O.--missed out on places like Almora & Ranikhet because of detour. He also should be familiar with roads. Option should be given to guest regarding quality of hotels. Nainital stay.
