I could have booked the hotel through Oyo/MMT and the cab through a local agent.Because after the trip I felt that traveltraingle was of no use and so was SVS travels. 1.We reached hotel pretty late (midnight) and found out that there was no booking available in our name.The booking was done in SVS's name. Obviously it took time to get this confusion sorted.At 1AM, this entire episode seemed too exhilarating.SVS should have been a bit more organized here. 2.Cab service was the worst part of the trip.The driver was not at all cooperative.He was always late and in a hurry to finish the day's itinerary. In one incident,we did not find a table in a restaurent;It had 30minutes waiting.When we requested him to take us around to the nearest spot for sightseeing so that we may come back after 30minutes and get a seat in the restaurent(Gunpowder),he blatantly refused saying that he cannot come back to the same spot again.It is expected that as long as the cab is on hire,we would atleast have the liberty to travel as per our convenience. In another incident,on our way back to the airport,the driver suddenly took an u-turn and informed us that someone else will drive us to the airport.Apparently he got another tourist for sight seeing.We were already 15-20 minutes into the ride.So helpless we were that we had to give in to him. In the middle of the road we had to wait so that the other driver comes picks us up. SVS agent Shubhangi was always available at a phone's call but that didn't help us much. 1.Hotel Riva Goldcoast was good 2.Goan fish thali at Kokni Kanteen was excellent

I tried to get post support during my trip as i was not happy with food services of hotel, they can't help you there. Seema they are only able to support till we book hotel and from there adminstration is been changed. Hotel location was superb, though breakfast was horrible.

please do things as mention in offer at the right time they denied the most important part of my trip the candle light dinner on my anniversary at de alturas resort but at night when i called mr farhan for that he denied that there is no such thing in my offer. he totally refused and stating argument with me and i have it om my mail but me farhan and ms divya did not do any thing behalf of that no dinner in resort or anywhere. it was not happening for me. they committed me and i have its written on my mail but they said it was mention by mistake wtf........ no welcome drink no value for money THEY WILL DO ONLY 50% THINGS WHAT THEY MENTION IN OFFER................LAIRS......

Time to time agent and driver during the trip gives us the complete knowledge of sight seeing, but on last day when we return to delhi at that time the behavior of driver was rude-less.

Hotel's rooms and services were good. Staff was very helpful. One day trip of south Goa was in my itinerary, but cab driver took us to Panjim. When we asked him to go for south goa, he denied. So one day of the trip was complete waste of time and money.
