      My family trip to Turkey w. e. f 28th Dec/2019 to 04.01.2020 customised by Travel Triangle indeed ended to our entire satisfaction except for the Mascara hotel ,Cappadocia which was earlier booked as a cave hotel was really not. However the services at the hotel were good. Also, the guide at Cappadocia did not take us to the unground city. I had foreign trips several times previously also customized by other travel agencies, like MMT, but in my opinion Travel Triangle is professionally more competent and prompt in their responses to customers as they complete all the formalities well in advance without giving any tension to the customers. I unhesitatingly recommend Travel Triangle to every one who opts to go for travel abroad. Well behaved people of Turkey, hotel services, hot air balloon ride at Cappadocia .

      My trip was overall good one with a few hiccups here and there. For example, I was travelling solo in Turkey with a lot of domestic air travel and one of the flights selected for me was landing at midnight which i wasn't comfortable with. Also my visa was issued incorrectly and it had to be reissued once I was at the airport and waiting for my checkin. Also the international airline chosen was pathetic. This is something you expect from the travel agency that they highlight such things. For eg, my airline had no food being served, had I known this in advance, I would have chosen to fly another airline. However the good part was that my on ground daily tours were perfectly managed. The pick up & drops were timely, cabs were good and drivers punctual and well behaved.

      I had got my flights, hotels & cab transfers booked from the PickYourTrail team. The hotels in Istanbul were the best comparing the rest of the trip's hotels. The experience in Antalya with the hotel & cabs were quite disappointing. The hotel's location was good but not the services offered in the hotel/room. We had issue with the cabs both ways - while dropping and picking up from the hotel. So I think pickyourtrail needs to work on their supppliers in Antalya bit more. Cabd and hotels in Istanbul & Cappadocia were great. Although, I wouldnt recommend the hotel we stayed in Goreme to anyone because the staff was really cold and not welcoming over there. One thing I liked out PickYourTrail was that they were happy to help everytime we needed them. They're quite dedicated to their customers and their customer happiness team (team which helps you while you''re on your vacation) was definitely very helpful and polite.

      It was awesome trip to Turkey.. Travel agent (Simran) helped us a lot in planning schedule, quotes, well co-ordinated during trip also.. We received immediate response from travel agent for each query everytime.. Every small details they informed us on time, like in our case jst flight gate number got changed last min when we were on airport but they informed us quickly. All places covered as per itinerary. Cab driver was friendly and provided great service even though they were not able to speak English. Guide was good and provided information of each places..       It was suppose to be Honeymoon, but after spending INR 2.2 Lakhs didn't get Honeymoon experience in Hotels. I was expecting to be lil special for honeymoon couples but they (Agent & Hotel) had to be told. The bed in Cappadocia Suite hotel were twin beds with no drinking water initial given. Also the experience was more sort of travel but not as special for Honeymoon from Travel Triangle/Vendors - Dorganizerscom Pammukale, Efes City and Cappadocia trip.

      Excellent Trip Yes, the trip was good... Except following... 1. Hotel booking in Istanbul was far from Market and was in the slop 2. Baku city tour one day was ok...       Everything was very well arranged and turkey was beautiful. A lot of things are over hyped in Turkey and people need to be careful before spending money as they should get the same thing for a much better price maybe 500 Mt's away. I really liked the food although my wife did not as it was not spicy. Hotel rooms were cosy but small. People were nice to talk to and helpful however language was a bit of a problem. It would have been awesome if we had gotten the hot air balloon ride but unfortunately we were not that lucky. Other tourists told us that was the only awesome part in cappadocia. All in all, a very good trip without any hassle.
