Trip sailer agent was cooperative and responsive. Hotel provided were neat and clean. You should very well know you destinations/visiting places to travel. However some cons are, Third party travel/ driver may misguide you. Third party driver have misguided us in timing for visiting places and have minimized number of places to visit. Of course time was also limited from our side but they didn't plan according to available time and only see how driver can minimize places to visit in particular city. Again no doubt tripsailer have been cooperative.

Rojani Resort in Sand Dunes is awsum place... Everyone should visit once. Jaigarh Palace, is good but they need to improve their service. Cab driver Nitesh is very supportive and polite. The 1st hotel (kuchman haveli) was not worth for the amount that i had paid for. I requested for a clean bead sheet, they said sir you have to collect it from the reception as the staff was sleeping. The room was full of misquotes, broken tap. Location was too congested. In the cam, the bed sheet and the blanket were smelling soo bad as if they were not changed after multiple guest stay. It was not changed even after requesting. Over all not worth the price paid. Desert safari, jaislmer stay and tour.
