Program was done as asked. Hôtel in Munnar was very good. Confortable and good breakfast. A pitty that there was noy internet in the room! Driver was nice person and he knew perfectly where to go and visit. Agent was reactive and professionnal. I higly recommend. Great sightseeing in Munnar. The black waters very peaceful and nice. I would love to have all included during the tour rather than paying to go to the sunset or if i wanted other thing to dîner instead of chicken. It always look like if you were ony interested in money. our.

The houseboat provided was very bad. Not so worth. Bad rooms in houseboat and the houseboat staff was very rude. We paid extra for the Fish and in lunch they provided a half piece of a fish to eat. Very bad dinner and very bad experience.

Overall experience and trip to Kerala was really awesome. Hotel provided in Munnar and Houseboat in Allepey were really above our expectations, especially food served on houseboat. Places visited were really good as weather was pretty cool and pleasant around mid January. All thanks to Mr.Bijoy who managed all the bookings ( he also owns a private boating company in Allepey). He managed the bookings very wisely, when we told him that our flight from Pune to Cochin was delayed for around 5-6 hrs. I will recommend anyone who visit Kerala to contact Seven bells holidays for a hassle free and memorable trip.

Overall Trip is good but can be even better. Stay is excellent in Guruvauyr, Munnar and Kovalam Beach. I asked for a room in alleppey with only ride in Houseboat but the Tour operator promised a very good Houseboat. The Houseboat it not that great. Cab is average but the Driver is very good. There should be type of cabs to chose from before finalizing the trip similar to rooms.

Overall our trip was awesome. We enjoyed a lot with family. We would like to appreciate particularly the Cab service. It is excellent and the driver is very calm and cool person and very supportive and he has great patience and punctual. We didn't like Hotel Green Park at Kodaikanal and their service. Only one man show and he is very rough guy. They don't have single person to carry luggage, we only carried the it to the rooms. He (Ramesh) is not polite at all. Regarding the Jungle Spice stay is Okay, but the approach road is very dangerous, ofcourse the hotel Manager Vishnu is very nice guy. Overall your time to time service is fantastic and would like to plan another trip in next year soon but we need better package from you as we are one of the valuable customer to you. Both Kodaikanal and Munnar is excellent places and we enjoyed the places, waterfalls, hills and beautiful climate, cold Breeze and full of greenary, Tea plants, clouds....and we returned with lot of beautiful memories. Thanks a lot for your service and would like to recommend to my friends and families.

I was not impressed with the hotel near munnar and the fact that I had been booked with no air con. Room was hot and stuffy. The boat at alleppy was very good. The service of the team on board was great. My driver was great too. Sometimes we had trouble speaking but he had a great sense of humour and we cold have a laugh. Contact with the agent was speedy when it had something to do with money otherwise I wasn't overly impressed. I got tired of the emails always asking if I wanted to book a tour. Inwas on a tour. The beautiful scenery and the hard work of my driver to make sure I was enjoying myself.

Over all the trip was just above average for the amount we have spent. Pro: Driver was caring to the elderly. Munnar hotel staff is good. Con: Hotels room standards is not value for money spent. Driver coordination on the 1st day was very bad ,lost out on spots to visit. Good quality water proof cover should be used for luggage. Our bags were wet while traveling from kochi to munnar. Hotel in Kochi not giving RO or regular water, only chargeable bisleri bottles. Initially one bottle complementary ; not sufficient for multiple people. Munnar hotel does not have lift, not disable friendly, the dining is in a steep zone which causes inconvenience to guest and staff. Murky water in taps. Tour in Munnar requires 4000₹ jeep ride, additional charges to be informed earlier by agency. Houseboat has AC timing ,no full time AC & no control on AC temperature as no remote. No hot water facility .No sweets on the menu. Travel agent to share opening and closing timing of all places to visit to enable proper coordination. Map may be shared.

If You are Booking service with Balaji Travels Verify Hotels with Exact Pictures and Room Type You are getting. Overall I had Nice Experience. Driver Shefin was Best Part of The Tour. Decent Car Provided. I got Problem with only one Hotel in Munnar that is "Mithra Munnar" Do Not select this. I would Recommend "Nidra Homestay" which I got in replacement of Mithra Hotel. Services and Support Provided By Mr. Nitin from Balaji Travels Was Very Good. Nicely Planned, Professional Driver, Decent Stays. And Lovely Kerala. One Must Visit Kerala Once for Nature and People Both are Lovely.
