      Had a great vacation. They organised everything properly. Only thing is to make sure you are providing proper details about the places. There are couple of places which are mentioned in iternary but cab driver said they are not operated now. So please check the places properly before adding them to iternary.       Hotel stay was comfortable and food was nice. My itinerary was not properly intimated to driver. Regarding driver although he was friendly, was speeding most of the time even in hairpin bends. Inspite of telling him to go slow as we were travelling with kid, he was driving rashly. Overall except hotel stay rest was not satisfactory

      Entire trip went well with one minor issue. Communication between travel agent and can coordinator does not happened properly. Cab person said that they didn't receive payment confirmation from Travel agent even though we have paid full payment before the trip. I have noticed some communation gap between travel agent and cab coordinator, due to which I need to coordinate woth travel agent multiple times.

      I had a very good experience with the travel agent . Miss /Mrs Alia , she was prompt in getting me the itenary as per my requirement. She was available all the time . The cab vendor Mr Satya was very polite , gentle and generous. The driver was also very good . But the resort selection was not good . The resort was not good . There was no availability of food post 10 pm . Ala carte took lot of time .

      The trip intermediary of Trip sailor Shree. Rakesh was very supportive. The Hotel was good albeit located bit far away from city. The hotel staff from receptionist Shree. Sanju and restaurant staff Shree. Akhil & 1 more person whose name i am unable to recollect gave excellent service and good food in spite of limited staff. The hotel is good and will do great in future if they improve their marketing and hire more staff down the line. The cab driver Shree. Amijith was friendly. 2 observations why i would give low ratings to Travel Triangle, first Shree. Subhabrato Bandopadhyay my Trip Guide at Travel Triangle was totally useless to me as he never responded to my calls, sms, emails or whatsapp messages. Secondly i got the cab details only hours before reaching the destination.

      Trip to Mysore, Waynad and Ooty. Mysore stay was good. Hotel at Waynad was dirty, smelly and do not have resort facility but called as Resort. Ooty hotel stay was good but food was costly. Travel Agent might have book waynad hotel by looking at name of hotel not done detailed review of it, which created some issue, same for AC room were asked however it was not booked.

      Overall it was a great experience in Allepey and Cherai. Our driver was very friendly and trustworthy. The houseboat and resort were good and the service was also satisfactory. However, the resort in Munnar didn't stand up to our expectations, being a so-called "three star" resort. And nothing was done as such when we raised our concern of small and clumsy room. all in all it was a good experience. Still there is a room of improvement, which I hope would be done during our next trip. :)

The driver was giving conflicting inputs. The website information doesn't cover number of tickets sold . This was specifically for Edakkal caves and also the Mathu ga national park.

I remember I had called the travel triangle agent on his one of the week off but he had promptly arranged a call with the kerela tour and I had booked the same day. Thumbs up to Kerela tour. There was very slight here and there but those are genuine. We had an amazing trip includes our stay, transport, itinerary and each of it.
