    We had a great time in Kerala for four days. We booked our trip from Raisoone Travels. We have enjoyed all the safari points in the Munnar and backwaters boating was superb. The guide cum driver was very much co-operative, active, punctual, jovial and very humble person. He took us to all the possible places as he can. We were just missed the hot air balloon drive in the Munnar due to heavy wind and also the Ervikulam National Park due to time constraint. The only disappointment is that house boat would have been a better one...and food was average in the houseboat. And on the last day of our trip the a/c was not working in the car due to some battery problem. Otherwise the trip is very superb and nice.. The best memories of our trip is the Bamboo Dale Resort which is a tree house. In the night we have enjoyed by seeing the moon and stars in the middle of the jungle from the room window which was a memorable night. I was very much excited. The other best moment is night stay on the boat and a coracle ride in the Munnar.

    Although the services provided by the agent was good but after sale services needs to be approved.. I had difficulties few times reaching the agent. But he called me back later. Also candle light dinner was not provided to us as mentioned in the package. (I also forgot about the same and so dint inform the agent abt the same) Also cab driver could have picked us up from Aluva station instead of Ernakulam. (We would have saved few hours of traveling). I did mentioned it to driver but he said Ernakulam would be better. Overall we were very much satisfied with the agent except few small things. Houseboat experience was very good with pure vegetarian food. Blue bells resort was very nice. Driver was very friendly

    Not value for money in boathouse unhygienic lots of mosquitoes lizards cockroaches and flyes bad experiences. Rest was great munnar and other part. Water falls gardens

    Good experience. Nice driver Mr Rafiq.... Mr Krishna from Duniya Zamana was in constant touch for solving problems....but we did not encountered any problem......TV was not functional in houseboat.... overall very good travel experience

    The Trip was good ! I am rating 4 due to below reason didn't rate below as I didn't end up with bitter experience 1. Boat stay was tough the fan was not working on asking continuously still they didn't fix . Later we said we will stay in boat lobby area that was more cooler then the room in woods.they then did some thing at generator to get the fan/ AC work properly. No TV was also working after 6:00 pm just had to sit and wait to dinner 2. Cab driver was insisting on going to paid service ( Jeep safari, ayurvedic museum) on skipping planned iternary(national park, tea museum) repeatedly . Which we had to agree as we need to travel with him whole.time till end.last day we had ignore forcefully then he had kept quite. 3. Travel agent had gave more expectations for Budget and when I complained on house boat his response like it is for the budget you choose was something I could not take it , I had finalized after he shared house boat pic with a terrace view , finally we ended up sitting behind driver back for lake view/ stand on sun for front view. Otherwise a nice person.

    Operator provided very good accomodation and vehicle. There was coordination and follow up missing at several points by operator and his representatives. 1) Houseboat experience was too good but the taste of food and services was average. 2) Munnar Dream catcher plantation resort was awesome. Though the service was good still was not too pleasant with experience. 3) Wonderful drive in van, driver had patience to while route was redirected. We had to wait for van for 2 hrs after getting down from Houseboat. Wonderful and fabulous stay and experience in Dream catcher plantation resort.

    The travel guide cum driver was excellent Mr. Rajagopal. We were disappointed with house boat, there were bed bugs and our kid was bitten, got rashes. The fan was not working in the boat. Apart from that, Munnar trip was amazing.

    it was good. nice hotel was arranged. but the driver who had taken us to munnar was not good. he was not interested to show us the sight seen. he just want to finish the trip by showing one or two place.. he was in a very ....remaining all arrangement was good ..only that driver spoil our munnar trip.

    MM Travels have given best quote among others , Mr.Sahil was very supportive , However there was slight deviation from their commitment as early check in was not available as promised by MM travels , They have arranged a very good cab & driver was easy going guy & friendly . The stay in both the hotels were good & food was also good , My plan was to reach cochin early morning by 3am & visit munnar 2days , then one day to Thekkady & next day to cochin & catch train by night , Request everyone to plan minimum 3 days in Munnar itself or can stay for 4 days in Munnar to avoid loss of time during travelling from munnar to thekkady (4hrs) & Thekkady to cochin(6hrs) - There are very good places in Munnar itself for 4 days to see, Places to see in Munnar - Jeep safari (Rs.4K for one jeep) , speed boat, tea museum, tea factory , tea plantations , nature all around munnar , Eravikulam Nation park is must watch ,Kathakali & Kalari Fight too can be watched in Munnar itself , pls avoid wonder land & dream land which are theme parks only which are available in our city itself , In Thekkady also we have kathakali & Kalari fight , Jeep safari also available ,Elephant Ride , Kindly avoid going for back waters boating in cochin which is shear waste of money - Since I have reached cochin by 3am , we could not visit few places on the way to munnar like Vaplara, Cheeyappara waterfalls , request everyone to plan to reach by 7am or 8am in cochin by train or flight - Overall its an experience in lifetime to see the nature around us & sherish the memories - Humble request to MM travels to suggest (advice firmly) customers to plan properly to enjoy 100% of the trip instead of giving quote as per customer plan. Care taker informs disk antenna prblm not settled.Boat pilot not infd locations of lakes,isls xg while boating, could not know which area xg as per initiary.AC not wkd up to 0830 pm.T/ A low cooling even at18°c display up to 12 midnight.Was infd low voltage and no voltage stblsr to correct.catering was very very fine from start to end.Above allbinfd to Ancy of Kerala tour plan to correct in future. Boat in charge Girish shd have CKD all parameters not only catering once he is assigned our trip on 19-20/5 Car driver's suggestion jeep drive was memorable.Driver Renjit was very capable hill drive man as per my car driving experience

    *Good travel plan prepared by Mr.Muralee, tourassociate.com *cab driver Mr.shinoj very friendly,informative excellent service, dedication and keep in time always. *wind munnar nice place to stay and excellent viewing, somewhat interior to munnar but we really enjoyed alot. Good staff providing excellent service. *In wind munnar cottage provides excellent complementary breakfast and Paid dishes also good taste with reasonable rates. *Unfortunately houseboat under maintanance on that time so 4 Hrs delay, they convinced us to provide 3hrs extra, we refused becoz of our other plan is also in quee, good looking houseboat and nice staff, but bathing water is not so good(bad smell), Veg and chicken curry awesome but mentioned Fish fry not provided is small dissapointment. *Totally we enjoyed, thanks to Travel triangle and all of your partners. *nice plan *Friendly driver *Wind munnar -Good place for stay-Nice breakfast- excellent staff behaviour
