Overall experience was good but there was one hotel booking which was more than worst hotel. Kindly remove that hotel from your list. Its unwind resort in kovalam. Also kindly have someone in the team who cn guide the customers where to go and what are the timings for the tourist places so that ppl dont waste time in these things. Rest all things were good. Person who booked our package was really helpful and was available all the time.

We had an awesome and fun filled family trip. Mr. Robin from Comfort Destination had arranged a very good hotel stay with sea view rooms as requested. We are very much satisfied with the hotel stay. Food was delicious in all hotel stays. Special mention to the food in house boat at Alleppey. Robin has arranged a very friendly cab driver Mr. Thanseel. His driving was super good and safe. He is also very informative with the locations. We are eager to plan our next trips with the Travel Triangle especially with Comfort Destination. Trip was nice but it was not prepared properly. When we reached Madurai at 3 am we booked a hotel with the help of driver for 4 hrs because the check in time of the hotel booked by travel Kutir was at 12pm. We visited Meenakshi temple ,Jyotirlinga Rameshwaram, Padmanabhan Swamy temple ,Kanyakumari temple and many places in this trip without facing any major problem.

Extremely well planned trip to Kerala (Kanyakumari, Thiruvanantapuram and Kovalam). The moment I put my request on TT, I got a itinerary from Triptello, we made multiple changes since I was taking my parents along and wanted a comfortable trip . Himashu was helping us for all the changes very efficiently and enthusiastically. From the time the driver picked up from the TVM Airport to back , it was a fabulous journey. It was a good service from Tripsailer for hotel accomodation, however their coordination with local Cab provider agent was not very good and we had some issues with him locally.

The travel guide cum driver was excellent Mr. Rajagopal. We were disappointed with house boat, there were bed bugs and our kid was bitten, got rashes. The fan was not working in the boat. Apart from that, Munnar trip was amazing.

*Good travel plan prepared by Mr.Muralee, tourassociate.com *cab driver Mr.shinoj very friendly,informative excellent service, dedication and keep in time always. *wind munnar nice place to stay and excellent viewing, somewhat interior to munnar but we really enjoyed alot. Good staff providing excellent service. *In wind munnar cottage provides excellent complementary breakfast and Paid dishes also good taste with reasonable rates. *Unfortunately houseboat under maintanance on that time so 4 Hrs delay, they convinced us to provide 3hrs extra, we refused becoz of our other plan is also in quee, good looking houseboat and nice staff, but bathing water is not so good(bad smell), Veg and chicken curry awesome but mentioned Fish fry not provided is small dissapointment. *Totally we enjoyed, thanks to Travel triangle and all of your partners. *nice plan *Friendly driver *Wind munnar -Good place for stay-Nice breakfast- excellent staff behaviour

Everything is outsourced, next person also outsources service to next and so on. So great communication gap exists. Otherwise people of Kerala are honest, but not friendly. When the driver refused to go for extra KMs as it was his duty as per promised by Aryan Travels that Driver and Vehicle shall be available for 24x7 and there shall be no extra KM charges, but he charged Rs. 1000/- for 22 KM and all the agents of travel agency refused to abide by their own wording which is in written. You can't do help yourself in an unknown place and agents are free to harrass u. Travel Triangle also didn't accepted any of my calls. What a surprise.

Trip to Mysore, Waynad and Ooty. Mysore stay was good. Hotel at Waynad was dirty, smelly and do not have resort facility but called as Resort. Ooty hotel stay was good but food was costly. Travel Agent might have book waynad hotel by looking at name of hotel not done detailed review of it, which created some issue, same for AC room were asked however it was not booked.
