The hotel in Cochin was not up to the mark. There was a strange smell in the whole hotel. Overall a nice trip, rest of all hotels were great. The driver was nice but one the first day, I expected us to cover some parts of munnar but except for spice garden nothing else was covered and we reached hotel at 3. No extra sites were covered even if we had time. Also in kumarkom also we reached our hotel at 3 after shikara ride. nothing else was covered. Although we enjoyed the stay at the hotel but since we had more time we could have covered other sites in kumarkom. munnar and kumarkom stay along with munnar's landscape.

Had a Beautiful experience in kerala. Great escape resort's tree house is awesome. And regarding Cab, Have to thank Shwetha (Agent) for arranging nice person (Mr. Abhiram). Private premium house boat was booked but has not reached my expectations but OK. At house boat, concerns were regarding music system, salt water in washroom and cruise time. Should consider this points and help other travellers.

It was a wonderful trip we had in Kerala with the *postcard trip*. This was the very first time we have visited Kerala.The driver Mr. Basheer Pa was very helpful and supportive in providing guidance whenever needed. I would like to thank Raisoone Travels and Ranjan for this memorable trip. Kerala was very good and I enjoyed it a lot. especially the Munnar resort (The Lake View Munnar) is awesome. Also, the cab driver was very friendly and a good guide, he deserves special thanks for safe travel. Kumarakom Hotel (Lakesong Resort) was a gem. Overall My Kerala trip was awesome and we enjoyed a lot, will recommend my family, friends and know ones to book there Kerala trip from Raisoone Travels.

The stay at rivulet resort was ok i have especially asked for candle light dinner and what they told me is they cannot arrange it after 10pm after that they left the dinner covered with silver foil in my room on the another stay at cherai the room has cracks on the walls and the washroom was stinking. The trip was just WOWWW...!!!, thank you for making my trip so wonderfull, Munnar is just heaven, Munnar will make you leave your place and settel there for your lifetime. We stayed at Aaranyaka Resort, view was amazing i can say best place i have ever visited yet. 2nd was Alleppey Houseboat, you should definitely try it, i would suggest go in group OR with Family that way you will have some one to take your couples photos, haha. well all Services were well maintained and well planned, thank you Travel triangle for your assistance.

Experience with the agent wasn't great from day 1 ,Hotel in Munnar was good(we could verify the reviews before confirming). House boat in Azhapula was the worst experience , The boat looked old and untidy. Not even clean. The agent simply shared some random pics of house boat that we would stay but what we were provided wasn't the one same one.Some substandard house boat was provided and the agent didn't care to check how we were doing. As there are no reviews for house boats we believed agent would take care of it as promised but to our dismay it wasn't a pleasant experience. We just waited for the day to get over and check out from the houseboat. Overall I feel service received from the agent was substandard to the money paid.

Our trip was awesome. Miss Anitha's suggestions were worth it. She organised everything well and arranged for a cab driver who could speak Hindi and English. Lake palace resort was very good and has a free upgrade for the rooms.

I am back from my trip Kerala Trip. These are someone of my viewpoints/feedback. I am going to share the same on the website as well. 1. Lakesong Resort (Kumarakom) - 5/5. Very good resort, beautifully located right next to the lake. 2. Cab Transfers - 6/5. Extremely happy with the service. The driver Ashraf was extremely helpful and humble. Amazing experience. 3. Houseboat (Allepey) - 0/5. This was the only scar in the whole trip and i was regretting taking this thing at all. The total trip they did was not more than 4 hours probably. The people was not humble or polite and it at times felt like we are unwanted guest in their house. The requests was not considered in few cases, they just did what they wanted. They charged a bomb but not at all happy. The sole reason to book through travel triangle was to get the best service places as i am completely unaware(specially houseboat). But did not get this.

Entire trip went well with one minor issue. Communication between travel agent and can coordinator does not happened properly. Cab person said that they didn't receive payment confirmation from Travel agent even though we have paid full payment before the trip. I have noticed some communation gap between travel agent and cab coordinator, due to which I need to coordinate woth travel agent multiple times.

Great trip despite poor agent. KY holidays booked our rooms in our suggested hotels and practically did no more.. our sightseeing was basically planned by us and we received no guidance from our agent. plus the only sightseeing arranged by the agent was a shikara cruise and it was not even a shikara! when we confronted her on this she went on to blame us and tried lie her way out by saying it was actually a shikara while it was no more than a fishing boat with seats! her attitude after settlement of cash became unprofessional and indifferent. we would have missed breakfast our 4star resort if not for our own due dilegence as she was not even aware of the bfast hours of the hotel to plan our itenary during that time. if you want a percectly preplanned trip with no hassles. DO NOT BOOK WITH KY HOLIDAYS. all of it except shikara
