        Experience with the agent wasn't great from day 1 ,Hotel in Munnar was good(we could verify the reviews before confirming). House boat in Azhapula was the worst experience , The boat looked old and untidy. Not even clean. The agent simply shared some random pics of house boat that we would stay but what we were provided wasn't the one same one.Some substandard house boat was provided and the agent didn't care to check how we were doing. As there are no reviews for house boats we believed agent would take care of it as promised but to our dismay it wasn't a pleasant experience. We just waited for the day to get over and check out from the houseboat. Overall I feel service received from the agent was substandard to the money paid.

        This was the worst possible vacation for me planned by Deva travel house. The only good thing of the whole journey was the car arranged by them. The hotel in Munnar was claimed to be 3 star, but was very bad (except for the location of scenic waterfalls), there was no wifi in the room, the hotel was located in a remote place as a result we did not even have lunch.(Claiming they are 3 star hotel they dont even have lunch services). The planning of the journey to Allepey was pathetic, they made us start the journey at 6.30 AM but in the actual itinerary it was supposed to be at 8.30 AM. The house boat in Allepey was pathetic, worst night mare. I would have shared the photos of the house boat provided there was a option to share the photo. Bed room in the house boat had spider webs, cockroaches and all possible insects, one good thing was AC was working at night. In no way the house boat could be considered 3 star. There was a very bad feedback when complained about the issue. (I have traveled around 16 countries and this was the worst of it all). Will never ever travel through travel triangle and DEV travels again and i would ask other travelers to avoid them.

        Overall it was a great experience in Allepey and Cherai. Our driver was very friendly and trustworthy. The houseboat and resort were good and the service was also satisfactory. However, the resort in Munnar didn't stand up to our expectations, being a so-called "three star" resort. And nothing was done as such when we raised our concern of small and clumsy room. all in all it was a good experience. Still there is a room of improvement, which I hope would be done during our next trip. :)

        Great trip despite poor agent. KY holidays booked our rooms in our suggested hotels and practically did no more.. our sightseeing was basically planned by us and we received no guidance from our agent. plus the only sightseeing arranged by the agent was a shikara cruise and it was not even a shikara! when we confronted her on this she went on to blame us and tried lie her way out by saying it was actually a shikara while it was no more than a fishing boat with seats! her attitude after settlement of cash became unprofessional and indifferent. we would have missed breakfast our 4star resort if not for our own due dilegence as she was not even aware of the bfast hours of the hotel to plan our itenary during that time. if you want a percectly preplanned trip with no hassles. DO NOT BOOK WITH KY HOLIDAYS. all of it except shikara

        would rate this trip as 3 because of 3 reasons: 1. Hotel Room : even after making the bookings 1.5 months before , the room allotted was quite noisy and had no scope of change 2. House Boat: was provided at kumarkum even though the address says Alleppye. and KumarKum is remote place and has nothing to do in the evening time 3. Not allowing us to visit Alleppye even after making multiple request

        We had very good trip to Kerala. Munnar resort is nice. Cab driver is very good and friendly. Houseboat experience and decoration of room are good. Overall it was very good experience. Thekkady hotel room is good, but there is nothing much to see than in Munnar.

        Our trip was awesome. Miss Anitha's suggestions were worth it. She organised everything well and arranged for a cab driver who could speak Hindi and English. Lake palace resort was very good and has a free upgrade for the rooms.

        we were disappointed with the last moment changes in hotel. I and my wife gone through many hotels and finally we liked one hotel which was Changed by our tour agent when we were going to land in cochi without our confirmation. The best thing happened was our tour cab driver he was really fun meeting with santosh and gave us knowledge our whole Kerala. In Alleppey we were expected to have candle light dinner but it was fake. there was no candle light dinner. It seems if you have known person or a known guide you can plan your trip by yourself because I met with my relatives accidentally at Nagpur airport and he had planned the whole trip by himself.
