The trip went very well. The best part was the driver. He was so patient and was there all along the trip with giving any trouble. The only issue we had with was while booking flights tickets. We had trouble as they didn't book in time and the prices have raised. Rest everything was well and good.

The arrangement of the trip was really good. The hotels both in Munnar and HouseBoat in Allepy were very good. The rooms were neat and clean and location was also very good. The only issue we had with the hotel was in Munnar as they had a very limited menu options. The cab provided was in a good condition and was neat clean. The only thing was the driver was not very much interested in taking us to different places. This happened particularly on the last day of the trip where we had a late evening flight, he asked us to take our luggage at 4 PM itself and manage the airport travel by ourself. But the travel triangle team came to our rescue and resolved the issue with the driver. Overall the trip experience was good only with the small hickup on the last day. I would recommend vital holidays to my friends also.

Dear madam, The package was almost good,Experience with intimate4holidayswas very awesome, interests which is the best thing. kirti my travel agent intimate4holidays he supported me a lot to understand places to visit, planned my trip very well, he modified quotes as per my budget and interests which is best thing. There was no problem in payments or bookings, all was perfectly managed by kirti . tea gardens mountains etc. best food Siji was our driver he took us at all the places we had asked him to visit, awesome at quality. The driver had told us that he will fix the luggage stand on top of the vehicle enroute and asked us to carry the luggage beneath pur legs and carry on our laps but he did not fix it till the end of the journey. Even his personal stuffs like some used bucket was kept in between legs

I had a great and memorable trip with all india holidays and my agent vishal kept up his promise by providing me the best cab and hotels.... Cab driver is exceptional, he showed all the places and planned our days very well. Coming to hotels, we had stay in seven spring plantation resort. Tree house experience is great. House boat is a memorable trip..... Thanks a lot to vishal and team. I am looking forward for many more trips with all india holidays.....

Good travel agency, helped alot, arrangements were great, didn't find any issue with any of the part, provided cab and the driver were very good, good behavior. Great Job! Recommend Rocking Trips. 1 suggestion, please make sure that there should not be any communication gap, ask all ur doubt in details or else it will be confusing. Apart from this I like the service starting from arranging all our things to the end of our trip. It was so we'll arranged that we don't have to call to the agency for an issue in between our tirp. Thank you rocking trips and travel trangle for arranging this trip such a nice way without having any issue. Looking forward to plan for next trip with rocking trips again

We planned for 4days 3 nights trip to Kerala with family members. The hotels arranged for the stay was really impressive. we even had delicious meals arranged by the hotel staffs. On the first day we stayed at North centre, Ernakulam the service was really good. Second day the house boat they promised was swapped for whatever that was available at the time which was bit disappointing yet we managed to have great time even though the service in houseboat was not pleasent. Staffs were not friendly. On the third day we stayed at Falcon crest resort where the service was extraordinary. Such a pleasant place to stay. We faced a few problems. The cab arranged for us initially met with an accident right before we started our journey so at the last minute our travel agent has to arrange whatever available. The itinerary given to us and the one given to our cab drivers differed in a way that our itinerary included sightseeing in vagamon in the package where as the one given to the cab drivers only talked about dropping us in the falcon crest resort and picking us up the next morning. So they demanded extra money to take us to sightseeing. We contacted our travel agent regarding this issue, he said he will sort it out i don't have to worry and he asked us not to pay extra so we promised the cab driver that this issue will be sorted out. So they took us to sightseeing we had a good day and the next day due to certain reasons ( i really have no idea what ) the travel that took 5 hrs usually according to the hotel incharge and cab drivers, took 7 hrs for us there was no traffic too the cab drivers spoiled our entire day on purpose we didn't get to go for any sightseeing still we didn't make a complaint and yet kept asking the travel agent if the issue regarding itinerary was sorted. Our travel agent said they spoke to concerned person and it's not necessary for us to pay any money. But this was not sorted out for the cab drivers or atleast according to them, they didn't receive any call regarding this. So they purposely made us to reach the railway station on the neck of the moment. Our return train was at 9.45 we reached the station at 9.15 and the driver started demanding for money. We contacted our travel agent and suddenly he was out of reach. We called him multiple times he didn't just pick up the call. Then we reached out the agency which provided cab driver. His response was not proper so we had to call another travel agent from namaskaram travels who finally picked up and said the same thing as said by my travel agent " dont worry mam you don't need to pay extra we will sort it out" so we made the travel agent to speak to the cab drivers but still they haven't sorted it out.. there was no time left and we had to leave if we had to catch the train so we spoke to both the travel agent and cab agency and left the drivers leaving the issue un solved. In the meantime the behavior of one of our drivers was not good. On the night they dropped us to falcon crest hotel they got drunk and passes mean comments on few our family members ( ladies ) and that one guy continued to follow them from the parking till outside of their rooms .. the men in our family stayed with them the whole night for protection...This was brought to our notice only at the end of our trip so we couldn't raise any complaint earlier. That driver's name as provided by travel agency is added below for reference. Driver: Mr. Nisar KL 41 H 1597 Mobile - 9745274646 Mobile - 9400184600 Kindly take this to your consideration and kindly do a BACKGROUND check on the drivers before allocating them. And i felt that the travel agents where not responsible enough. Even when they had enough time to sort the issue out they didn't. So kindly dont show this kind of behaviour to others. The only best thing about this trip was our stay at Falcon crest resort. The ambience and hospitality they provided was extraordinary.

The travel guide cum driver was excellent Mr. Rajagopal. We were disappointed with house boat, there were bed bugs and our kid was bitten, got rashes. The fan was not working in the boat. Apart from that, Munnar trip was amazing.

*Good travel plan prepared by Mr.Muralee, tourassociate.com *cab driver Mr.shinoj very friendly,informative excellent service, dedication and keep in time always. *wind munnar nice place to stay and excellent viewing, somewhat interior to munnar but we really enjoyed alot. Good staff providing excellent service. *In wind munnar cottage provides excellent complementary breakfast and Paid dishes also good taste with reasonable rates. *Unfortunately houseboat under maintanance on that time so 4 Hrs delay, they convinced us to provide 3hrs extra, we refused becoz of our other plan is also in quee, good looking houseboat and nice staff, but bathing water is not so good(bad smell), Veg and chicken curry awesome but mentioned Fish fry not provided is small dissapointment. *Totally we enjoyed, thanks to Travel triangle and all of your partners. *nice plan *Friendly driver *Wind munnar -Good place for stay-Nice breakfast- excellent staff behaviour
