      Just had my Kerala trip of 5D/4N with travel triangle. It was a nice trip overall, driver was very good, professional, polite nature and very co-operative. Hotels booked were good except the one at Munnar ( Hotel name is Spice Jungle resort) the room allotted was not up to the mark, rest all other stay was wonderful. Not forget to mention the wonderful houseboat experience. Candle night dinner, Black forest cake for 1st anniversary and of course how can i not mention the houseboat driver who let me drove the boat. cheerful staff at houseboat with smile all day. Food was aweesomeeee at houseboat. One thing i felt after taking this package that the package includes cab with driver for the whole trip and hotel rooms for stay. Rest all the activities were on payment basis. One can also book hotel rooms online and take a cab for number of days for your trip and rest as i said is on payment basis. Travel triangle should include some paid activities like amusement park/tea factory visit etc in their package.

      Boat stay was great, but have to pay extra when we need AC few hours earlier. We went somewhat late but we still had lot of time to boat in the backwaters but crew didn't do. When it comes to places to see, we have to pay extra 4k to go for offroading in Munnar which is very high (This cost has to be informed to the customer priorly) so that we can plan a different place instead of going there. Overall, Munnar at wood resort stay was great! Boat stay room was too conjusted and AC is limited hours but food was great! Few travel agencies are providing drop location on the last day wherever you need, that has to be added as well. Thank you.

      Frankly saying the experience we had with Travel Triangle was not fair. The resort which arranged for us was good, the food and the ambiance and the staff behavior was good. The allocated resort was deep from the main city as a result of that we are unable to catch up with any shops to avail for any items that we wished to determine for. You team should have suggested us or informed earlier about the resort located which is far from the main city or main roads in terms of Kilometers. Additionally to this – In Honeymoon package as assured the chocolates are not provided. There is no proper guidance from you people about all the sightseeing places. At-least a brochure or guidance content file should have provided as tips for us to reach the desired places of our choice. Always we are in a point to seek cab driver help and we need to ask him again and again about the sightseeing places and he is not in a good rapport with us and he hesitate to take to many places. We with our own interest googled some places and requested the cab driver to drop to the requested location. He is not talkative and he always accompany to his friends whichever place we visit. He drops in one place and asked us to come to some other point to board the cab. He spoke in a rude way to us and saying about his shift timings and all. He stated as your Malayalaee people I am taking you to places or if any Hindi language people he would have left as it. [Note: Cab Driver Name: Prakash – Mobile # 8921612544]. Most upsetting part is – on departure day to Chennai [Dated: April 23 2019 – Tuesday] our flight is at 8:00 AM and we need to reach the airport on or before 07:00 AM. But the cab driver reached the resort [The Classik Fort Hotel] by 6.35 AM post we called him several times in panic condition and he coming leisurely and dropped us in Airport through rash driving. Hope your team objective is to make the trip visitors to enjoy the trip and as well as the visitors to promote your organization to other colleagues. Kindly filter this kind of unhealthy service from your end and make the visitors to feel good and heartfelt in your service. Frankly saying - In future I need to think twice to opt for TRAVEL TRIANGLE.

      1- Hotel at Munnar (Munnar Breeze)had hot water related problems and the food was too over-rated. 2- Food quality was not good as a lot of spices were mixed in every dish 3- Hotel at Thekaddy (Spice Villa) also had hot water related problems and it was too far from Thekaddy(18 Km). Everytime there was a need to call the reception for any issues. 1- Driving with Mr Muhammad was too awesome. He was very helpful and took us to extra spots too when had time. 2- Mr Muhammad guided us & fed us with much information.

      the agent said yes to all my needs for the package, even he helped me manage tour in my budget. but the cab was the most disappointing part of the trip, we could not enjoy the trip much because of the cab service. the cab driver could communicate only in Malayalam and we didnt knew Malayalam. neither English nor Hindi.... so communication was a big issue. also the driver was more worried about the km and the said itinery, he was hesitant and said no directly to places we wanted to see. also, he kept discussing that we started late and got to boating with each and everyone we met on the way that was a very bad experience for us. agent tried to communicate well but he was not available for us on last day where we had discussed about full day sight seeing and we had to leave the cab forcefully although the sight seeing was mentioned in itinery. we dont want our or anyones vacation be ruined with such issues, hope the travel triangle would do the needful.
