Gunjan Mam from Ananta Tours did an excellent job in organizing and planning the trip. She's a true professional and is very responsive. Trip went exactly as planned and the land package in Thailand was excellent (went exactly as was promised). Hotels in all locations were good hotels in prime location. Overall very satisfied with the trip.

It was my first international package trip. Initially, there was a fear about how well the trip goes on, but from the Day 1 itself, everything was arranged quite well that we didn't have to worry at all. Everything from the comfortable stay to the sightseeing was spot on. The support from the whatsapp group team was good. We had fun and it was entertaining trip to Thailand. Kudos to the Traveltriangle team.

Hotel at Phuket was good (clean and hygiene), however hotel in Bangkok was ok ok ( not so clean and Hygiene). The hotel staff were very supportive in both the places. The service from travel triangle team was good and they helped through out the trip, however I have one suggestion for improvement I.e. the communication from the team should be quick and should give information in advance rather than travelers asking for the information. We decided the Place but we were not sure of the transport, hotel booking and other thing over theres. That's were we found Travel Triangle. No Doubt these guys rocked. Be it the budget, Transit Flights, Cab,Hotel booking, visiting places everything was perfect and within our budget. if we have planned our self we would have missed few but Travel Triangle persons have taken care of each and every aspect in our Thailand and Bangkok trip. When it comes to trip or vacation the one thing that everyone expects will be the peace of mind, these guys have everything planned we ahead with buffer and you can relax and enjoy the tour without any tension or hurry.

Everything was good, have some issue while pickup from the airport but on call assistance was great and fast. Will be looking forward to book new trip with travel triangle.

Hotels were very good. At krabi we stayed at "Andamanee Boutique Resort". It is located little interior but very calm, quiet and pleasant resort. Staff was very friendly and food was nice. If you want to relax in calm place book this resort. At Phuket we stayed at "Crib Patong" located at city center. Street market and restaurants are at 2 min walk. Nice hotel with good food and staff. Cab arrived on time at Krabi but in Phuket they were not on time. Last ride from phuket hotel to phuket international hotel was horrible. First of all driver came late by 30 minutes then after boarding he took us to cab station and asked us to shift in another traveller. After covering few km, that second driver stopped car at some place and waited for his friend . Later again he asked us to shift in 3rd cab. Overall experience was good. Tour guide of both the places were good, punctual and friendly. Covered all the places as mentioned in our package.

The best part of trip was the services was well organised and drivers were well behaved given us full time to see spots And the worst part of trip was the services selected by travel agent were not of use because after reaching at that point they tell us that package you took was of no use you should upgrade to a better version

The total trip was very nice. Indochine hotel is very good. Please use that hotel. Had a very good rememberance in it. The travel agent helped a lot. Partha Guptha was very nice, he was reachable always during doubts or questions or issues even when I was in Thailand. Specify thanks to him. I would recommend you to take I need travels next time and please ask for agent Partha, he was really helpful.

Overall trip was decent In short time we could cover maximum possible places 1. For booking u charge extra for card payment. That's funny because all your competitors accept it. Many give even EMI options but travel triangle charges for normal card payment 2. V clearly asked agent to give us Visa beforehand because as per our previous experience it takes a lot of time but she insisted on free Visa on arrival which is quick as per changed new rules (though I was ready for paying beforehand). The time between our two flights was hardly an hour hardly leaving any time for Visa process. V literally had to run like crazy at the airport to finish Visa process and catch next flight. Either u should have agreed to give us paid Visa beforehand as v wanted or should have informed us clearly about the marginal time lag between flights which would have made us miss our flight. Anyways Visa wasn't free v had to pay 800baht ! 3. V opted for 3 star hotel but later changed to 2 star for 1 night. Isn't it the responsibility of the agent to inform us that its non AC room that she is giving ? Note- the same hotel had AC rooms too. Infact I had asked the agent clearly that don't give me this hotel as this has bad rating on internet. But she insisted on taking this saying her recent client has been there and it's ok! Looked like the agent and the travel triangle themselves had no idea that its non AC !! On top of it, after complaining u guys r asking us to sort it out with hotel ?? Then what's the use of booking through u or ur agent? 4. The other 3 star hotel too had horrible AC which didn't work. V had to change the room. We didn't even feel like reporting this to travel triangle on WhatsApp group because u guys actually weren't helping in that anyways. Hotel provided us a pedestal fan for one night. And on next day changed the ac ! 5. V had booked the tours earlier with other traveler like MMT etc, there when they said any sight seeing was included they had included everything. (We just had to pay separately for our personal extra optional activities like sports shopping etc). But with ur package everywhere we had to pay a mandatory fees for every site visit ! Then what did u guys actually cover from your end ?just the hotel pick and drop ? Same confusion was there with other customers v met in the trip from travel triangle 6. The same site visit had multiple options, like which included speed boat/big boat/multiple island /single island etc etc. Before booking isn't the agent supposed to inform us this and consider our choice? How would v dream that same site visit will have multiple options? Your local agent in phuket there helped us to upgrade the package by informing us of all options 1 day before so v could upgrade it. But no agent help or information in krabi.. so v had to go as per what u had given Last but not the least- 7. I really didn't understand the use of this WhatsApp group after the trip had started. Because for our every issue v were supposed to handle on our own there on the trip, handling with hotel /agents/ airport etc ourselves. Good points- 1. The cab transfer was better than expected. Always present before time. 2. The local agent in Phuket was also very informative 3. The flight options given were also perfect as per our requirement Note- We booked our honeymoon for Mauritius from u guys. That time your agent had suggested us all the options and asked us to select as per our requirement. From hotels to site visits to everything, he gave us all the options to select from. No hidden charges he was very clear where v had to pay from our end. But this time it just didn't work at alllllllllll neither in choice of hotel nor in site visits Scuba diving Jet skee Canoe boat ride to lagoon towards James bond island Thai spa massages Steam Sauna Jacuzzi

It was a very good experience, especially phi phi islands and Chao praya river cruise. Was a bit disappointed with Safari world, because could not catch up all the animal shows. But the shows which we saw were amazing (bird, dolphin, orangutan)
