This was our first time travelling to Phuket and we had an awesome experience. The Travel agent was in touch on a regular basis to check if everything was fine and if we needed any assistance. The sightseeing and activities were well planned. Overall it was a good experience and would definitely like to visit other beautiful places through Tripoholic. I hope they continue to render good services and thrive to provide even better experiences to their clients. To criticize a little, activities such as scuba diving could be included in the package as well. My best memory was scuba diving in Racha island. This was not part of the package though. Also, the food. The street food stalls in Bangla road was delightful.

Jiraporn Hotel is on a hill top, not in the center, and apart from complimentary breakfast, there is no arrangement of meals,tea, coffee and snacks.And,mainly the wifi sucks...No coverage even on the ground floor.Although, the property is very nice but all the above drawback sucks. Cruise to Phi Phi Island and Speed Boat to Krabi islands and the four island tour is amazing.

It was a good trip overall, but the hotel in Krabi was not upto the mark. We had to even buy a dental kit, it was not freely available, extra glasses if asked for were charged and there were lot of insects on the bed too and reptiles in the washroom, sunda resort. We were also suggested the speed boat for phi phi, but the crowd was really bad. For the cab ride on the same day, we had to wait for nearly 1.5 hours. Other than this, the trip was good. About the team, there was a lot of confusion initially as to who we had to speak to for anything. The best memory of my trip was Krabi, except the stay. The 4 island tour was superb.

Phuket & Krabi We had been to Phuket & Krabi from 14th to 18th Aug. The booking process and the associate at Fireflies was really helpful in choosing the right package for us. The hotels for our stay at Krabi and Phuket were really great, comfortable and located near the beaches. The whole tour was well planned with rest and travel.
