The Phi Phi Island tour and the 4 Island tour were definite highlights—each day was seamlessly organized, with friendly guides, smooth transfers, and thoughtful touches that made everything hassle-free. The hotels provided great comfort and service, giving us the perfect place to relax after our adventures. A special thank you to the travel agent for their professionalism, attention to detail, and prompt assistance throughout our journey. First and foremost, I'd like to thank the Thailand team, our driver, and Yugal for making our trip so memorable. Mainly, I wanted to thank our driver for the smooth brief visits to the Big Buddha, Tiger Park, Chalong Temple, and so on, as well as the right guidance. We appreciate his tolerance and hospitality. We visited eight islands in total over the course of 2 days, and they were all excellent. Nothing appeared to have gone wrong but a guide for snorkeling is needed actually.

We are very happy with the wonderful trip arranged by ease o trip (specially Kunal). This guy is gem and has very good contacts in hospitality industry. Our trip to thailand memorable only because of him . All the arrangements done were exactly like we expected. Kunal has given his extended support when we were about to miss our trip not because of him obviously. we have booked thailand tickets from kolkata but because of mess created by Air India(own booked) we missed the flight booked by kunal.we have lost all hopes of this trip but kunal was saviour at last minute and just few hours before our departure he arranged another ticket for us from delhi. Cant forget this extended support and help. Trip experience was amazing and thailand co-ordinators were also nice and helpful. will definitely recommend ease o trip to everyone and now we are one loyal customers and will definitely recommend him to all our friends and family and for all our future bookings. It was well organized and supported. I felt like more details to be given about the food included in the package and I experienced Thai cuisine which was not suitable for me and none of family members. Also i had to pay extra money for 15kg baggage as my baggage was not cabin size. From cochin they with Indigo they didn't make the issue. Making aware the airline rules etc would help..Apart from these it was a memorable trip

Everything was nice in Phuket, really nice and Miss Pum reallydid a great job. You could have added Buddhist temple at Phuket. As per your Bangkok side, Guidance was not that good and drivers for both were too good. Atleast you could have guided sight seeing of palace which is worth while and Siam Park too. Addition of these may have taken a day extra, we missed the fun. We saw the Golden Buddha which was not in the itenary. On the whole the trip was good. Ofcourse there was a bargain in rates these places should have been mentioned . May be we lost these in the bargain . But was happy in over all trip Phuket Fanta sea was mind blowing, superb. Your cruise trip to phi phi island was good Bangkok Safari and zoo was nice.

1. The location of resort was wonderful 2. Restaurant and activities inside the resort was well managed and enjoyable 3. Drivers and local agent was well coordinated and pretty helpful in resolving every issue instantly. 4. Fantasea show's dinner buffet wasn't that great but I enjoyed the show 5. Interection with Tigers at Tiger kingdom was real fun but couldn't enjoy much as it was just for 10mins and the park itself is very small so we covered it within 30mins which wasn't worth of spending a while day. This should have been informed by the travel agent as she only suggested for this activity. 6. Phi Phi island should have been a 2 day trip since we got only 2 hours to explore the island (without any guide) including 1 hour of lunch which wasn't that great. 7. James Bond island trip was the memory that we will always cherish of this trip. The food, the location, the scenic beauty and the guide were all amazing. 8. The only struggle I faced was mostly during the time of planning and booking this trip. Service provided by Indian Travel Agent and Travel Triangle team was pathetic. I have already shared the feedback of booking and planning on email.

The trip was very well executed in terms of punctuality and pick up and drop facilities. There was a specific issue I would like to highlight. The lunch provided from the boat operators during poda island tour and Phi phi island tours was absolutely not acceptable for vegetarians. They only had rice and salad for vegetarian eaters. This definitely needs improvement and thoughtfulness. Also for snorkelling there was no guidance provided from boat operators. It was only for people who knew how to swim. Sunset at Poda island
