The hotel was good...The cab was in average condition.... However the fasttag recharge was not done prior the starting of trip and petrol was not filled prior the trip starting and also driver was not given any cash by the travel agency to get petrol filled and for the tol taxes...the driver had to call everytime to the travel agency and then the travel agency used to transfer the amount through paytm or into my account so that I can give cash to driver which became very hectic....this ruined our enjoyment of trip as the driver daily disturbed us by getting money transfered in our paytm or account and then taking cash from us...apart from this I also had to pay the toll tax at pushkar as the driver was not having any cash... However Travel Triangle advisor Ms Moushumi Haq helped us through out this trouble and followed up with us even on her week offs, giving us an extraordinary customer service.

Both the hotels was not up to the level. The first hotel in Jaipur, Mango Ananta express, we went through the case where our clothes were stolen with cash in it. The second hotel in Mt Abu, Abu grand, the services were good but the room and ambience was not up to the level. We were informed about 3star hotels... Both the hotels were not close to 3 star. Very sad, we travel every 6 months but there has never been this kind of experience. The travel agents were very co-operative, driver through out the journey was awesome and the places where we visited were memorable.

Only the hotel provided to us in Jaipur that is Fern residency was not upto the mark , the main problem we faced over there was the room comfort means rooms were smaller than that which was provided to us in Ajmer. I would overall rate this Jaipur trip as 6/10. We really enjoyed our trip by visiting multiple places in rajasthan. The cab was also very convenient. The hotel stay which we got in Udaipur (Mukund Villas) & Chittorgarh (roop shree) were extremely good. We really got a very good service from their staff and felt like home. The only complaint we had was with Hotel Park Classic, in Jaipur. The service was worst, check-in almost took 30min, already used tea/coffee mugs were lying in the lobby besides our room, we were entirely disturbed by many people who were staying there in that hotel for some marriage function. They were playing dhols and everything inside the hotel rooms and lobby. Tried complaining many a times but the staff didn't care much.

The package was good except the hotel experience. Even after highlighting the issues, had to really accept those and go on because we really didn't want to spoil our vacation.
