I was travelling with my 2 kids aged 4 faced a great difficulty. The one in Manali was gud hotel. I had to skip breakfast even though included in my itinerary as we had to start early for sightseeing which was again nt communciated and informed to me . We had a good trip to Himachal & Chandigarh,thanks to Pan-India Travels,especially Ms Anjana who customized our package to our convenience.We were 2 ladies and 2 kids and we were made totally comfortable by them.The drive from Chandigarh to Shimla was very tiring due to the maintenance of Kalka-Shimla Express Highway but our driver Mr Gurjant was very considerate and took great care in our journey.Thankfully,our hotel,Hill Crest Resorts ,Mashobra was an absolute charmer with beautiful garden,great ambience,wonderful hospitality and great food.A must place to stay if you are in Shimla! Kufri was a big disappointment as the trip uphill on horseback was crowded and the roads were dirty & slushyThe apple garden was a sore affair with no apples at this time of the year but we enjoyed the games ;especially Zipliner.I wouldn't recommend Kufri in summer.We also missed the Indian Institute of Advanced studies due to lack of time.We should have planned better.The Mall Road at Shimla was fun dotted with shops,historical places like the Victorian era Christ Church,Gaeity theatre,Scandal Point,The Ridge & the famous Jakoo Peak.Our drive back to Chandigarh was more pleasant with beautiful climate and a slight drizzle along the way.We visited Nekchand,s amazing Rock garden,the serene Sukhna lake and enjoyed an evening boat ride there.The kids enjoyed the Adventure zone very much.Our hotel in Chandigarh,Clarion Inn Sevilla was manageable ,though the housekeeping was poor and food ordinary.The next day we visited the lush green Rose garden minus the roses(you should go in winter) but it was still very enjoyable walking around.We topped it up with Phuchkas & hot Kachoris at Sindhi sweets and some serious street shopping at Sec 17.Altogether a memorable trip!

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

One can board without any worries here. Our room in Amritsar was not upto our satisfaction and when I called Vikash he was very prompt in upgrading the rooms to higher grade at no extra cost. First day was tough for us, as we do not have any contacts to contact. And the driver was also more scared for running the vehicle. Due to snow we could not reach hotel and we end up taking another hotel after paying extra money. The second day also the problem came for hotel. As the pipe got broke, we went and came back to the same hotel. From second day the trip remains good and the driver was also good.. which made our trip good. Definitely snow only.

Shimla Thank you for arranging a wonderful trip. Thank you Shilpa for coordinating everything properly. On the very first day we could not reach our actual booked hotel due to heavy snowfall. However, our coordinator changed the hotel immediately, though it was late night at most of the places were closed. Also everything was done without any extra charges. Whenever we asked for any help or ant alteration we got prompt response.

I had booked Shimla - Manaali six days tour with North India Tours & Travels. From the starting there were trouble with agency. I was asked to contact Mr. Neeraj Negi for driver details. I had followed him four times over phone but he didn't provide the proper details. I got three drivers number and had to call all of them to know who will pick me up from Chandigarh. Once driver was fixed, he asked me to leave from Chandigarh early (though I didn't want it) in the morning because he was in Chandigarh that evening and he wanted to return early. when I called Neeraj Negi to know if Hotel room will be available if I reach early, he was blunt and said will you check out early if you are checking in early. Taxi and hotel coordination was his job but I was doing it and he was playing boss role. while travelling to Shimla, taxi driver (Prakash) informed me that he is not from North India tour travel. Taxi driver on day one left without informing. raised the issue on Travel triangle whatsapp group but no help was offer either by travel triangle or Neeraj Negi. During the travel, I had four different drivers (Prakash, Sanjay, Ajay, Raju) and on each day I had to coordinate with these drivers. No professionalism at all. Although, I was informed that I will have single driver through out the tour. while returning from Manaali around 1 PM during the day we were passing through planes (Sundar Nagar, Bilaspur etc) and temperature was 37 deg C and dust outside. requested driver to switch on the AC but he hadn't. this is despite the fact that we were descending from hills or travelling in plane areas. This driver (Ajay) had to pick client from Chandigarh therefore he had asked us to start early from Manaali, which I agreed to. I had to skip the breakfast because of him but when we requested him to switch on the AC, he straight forward denied it. No support from North India tour travel . Only good thing in this trip was hotel in Manaali (Himalayan heights), which is newly built and well maintained. view from this hotel is quite good and it has apple orchard within it's boundary.

Hotel in Manali (Lotus Inn River View) is awesum but hotel in Shimla is not at all good. Overall services are good by Walk Holiday. Driver is unprofessional he didn't know the places where he have to make us visit. Memories are good but we don't get to visit much more places as it is mentioned in the broucher.
