Except hotel le fenix in Bangkok everything else is perfect. Hotel le fenix room is very dirty. Must be avoided and not recommended. Water world Pattaya is very good for people with kids

There's a Travel agent of TRIPHOLIC ,Gourav who blames the customers by defending his cab drivers and lies about the customers to Travel Triangle which is a good organisation.Inspite of the bad service of Gourav who was sacked from his job the same day he had an argument with me Miss Sri of TRIPHOLIC has been in touch with me in Thailand over the phone for the next 2 days and took care of the my trip arrangements...thank you Sri of TRIPHOLIC and Miss Charu Sharma of Travel Triangle The first 2 days in Pattaya went well ...The day we started to Bangkok on the 3rd the whole day was a nightmare because of Gourav the sacked agent of TRIPHOLIC

From Day 1 , there were lot of confusions from the travel agent ... we had to wait 1 hr in airport for cab ... Again our first spot Tiger park tickets were not given in advance ... We had to ask them multiple times ... In itinerary they will say that they provide English speaking drivers but none of the drivers spoke English.. we were finding very difficult to communicate with drivers .... Indian travel agents changed our hotel and did not tell the local agents and they everytime informed driver about the pickup and drop to other hotel. And last day of trip we planned for shopping but they screwed up ... In itinerary they mentioned that we will be dropped to Airport at 5pm as the flight being at 9pm but driver was dropped us at airport at 12pm ... We were fighting with travel agents ... Driver cannot understand us ... Then again from airport in the same cab they dropped us in hotel. We lost almost 2 hrs on this.. later for 5pm drop they provided the cab at 6pm only .. and it was heavy traffic we reached airport at 7 20 pm .. which is just 30 kms from our hotel .. and we were in panic and rush .. they did provide a peaceful last day of trip to us . Very lethargic people. DONT EVER BOOK WITH BREAKBAG.

The arrangements of the hotel and the vehicle was really nice. The one thing which can be improved is the quality of the Chauffeur. They should be more friendly and probably listen to the travellers rather than making their own choice. It was my first foreign trip and believe me it was amazing and one of the best trip. Everything was well organized as per our preferences. Really appreciate the whatsapp group which was active for 24×7. Hats off to the services provided it made our stay very smooth. Hotels are good..but pattaya's hotel was little far from the market where we ended up in spending a lot in transportation as dinner was not available in hotel or nearby. Specially on first day, upon arrival on Pattaya hotel at night after being so tired we had to go market to have some food though we are damn tired. Day 2 in coral island is highlight of our journey. Bangkok hotel's location was good but little small compared to Pattaya's hotel. Trip was worth of penny and yes we returned home with wonderful memories. Looking forward for more trips with your team and will also recommend travel triangle to my family and friends as well. Thank you!!☺️

I did my booking through breadbag holidays.i was not happy about 2 things there was no communication about check in baggage due to which we faced issues on airport as well in spite of planning due to communication gap between team from india and Pattaya we were given worst seats with extra chairs outside toilet for alkazar show. On asking for compensation regarding this there was no reply
