      Experience in pros and cons Pros + The private cab facility was very good thought, which enabled us to spend as much time in a particular place. + Airpot pick up and drop was good and timely. + Aishwarya villa was a good place to relax and unwind after the hectic initial 3 days. Cons + Less transparency in terms on booking details which are witheld till the start of the trip. + No post booking or shall i say post payment there were zero assistance on any queries. + Iteneries were jam packed and not given any thought on how the folks who are travelling will cover all of them. We got the same feedback from the local tour operator. + Please don't opt for dinner at Jimbaran beach, it's nothing but a huge hogwash with very little items in the spread. + Water sport activities needs to be reconfirmed as you will get new details about the activities coupons once you are at the place, which was a big let down. For example, Parasailing was meant to be for couple, but once we reached we were told that parasailing for couple will cost more and individual Parasiling was not available.

      Team, Thank you for the wonderful trip. We liked the Villa so much. Watersports s, cruise and volcano visit were highlights of the trip. Tanah Lot was a little boring for us as Honeymooners. Also, Day 3 had a couple too many items on itiniery, some may be moved to day 4. All in all it was a memorable experience.       Trip was quite well, from travel fireflies only Apoorva has supported and responded. And about rest people instead of support, they hadn't picked my call. Didn't provide me decorative room and honeymoon cake, which is clearly mentioned in quatation. At Bali my driver was very good. I didn't face any problem at my trip of Bali. That's a plus point and appreciate it. But from travel triangle there no one has responded, I tried so many call to mr Akshit who was looking my trip but not a single time time he called me and picked my call. Worst. But I appreciate to travel fireflies Ms Apoorva for giving best support.

      Hotels were the best. Cab was excellent. The driver however was not up to the mark. He had very less idea about everything and couldn't clear our doubts or answer anything satisfactorily. However, He helped us in getting our phone fixed. That's a plus.

      We had a great trip in Bali..The arrangements were good. So we had 3 days planned through My Musafir in Bali. Day 1:- It was at Lembongan Island which we reached through Bali Hai cruise..It was an awesome experience... Day 2:- Kuta beach+Dreamland Beach + Uluwatu temple (Kecak Fire Dance) ..The overall experience was good but they should have planned the beaches in the early morning as it was quite sunny when we reached at Kuta & Dreamland. Uluwatu has some beautiful sunset views. Day 3:- Tanah Lot Temple followed by transfer to Ubud Villa - Driver was very nice and friendly, he waited for us patiently till sunset at Tanah Lot..this place is a must visit in Bali. ..has some awesome views and sunset.We loved our stay at ubud Villa,but again the plan would have been better if the pickup was earlier for Tanah Lot .That would have given us more time in Ubud Villa. Hotels :- We liked our Villa stay in Ubud..it was a great stay. But Kuta stay could have been a little better as it was a 4 star hotel but we got the corner most room with no view at all.Though the hotel had an awesome buffet breakfast, and was located in the heart of the Kuta city.

      It was an awesome trip.....overall arrangement was good. Stay at Swiss bellhotel was really good but would not recommend Kings Villa for stay because of the location ........our itinerary was well planned. Our guide was good but it seems she was in a hurry to finish off the visit to the locations with 6:30 pm it seems citing reasons that they are supposed to log out by 6:30 (not sure if it was true) but still we managed to visit all popular locations....thanks to happy holiday for all the arrangements.

      The guys made it really easy for us to travel. They were available almost every time I called them. They cleared all my queries. The only thing I wish could be better was the airline which was offered to us- Batik Air. Almost all flights were delayed and not even water was offered as complimentary. However, everything else was smooth and overall, I would consider a good job by the team of travel triangle in general and Travelope in particular. Water Sports and good people of Bali. The cosmopolitan nature of the city made us very comfortable.

The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the Kintamani volcano tour on the second day. Exploring the Ubud village, witnessing rice farming in action, and experiencing the exhilarating Aloha Swing were truly unforgettable moments. The coffee plantation tour and complimentary Indian tea added an extra layer of enjoyment to our day. We also thoroughly enjoyed exploring local markets and indulging in some shopping, immersing ourselves in the vibrant culture of Bali. Our visit to Nusa Penida on the third day was another highlight, with sights like Broken Beach leaving us in awe of Bali's natural beauty. Each day brought new adventures and discoveries, allowing us to create cherished memories together. Our stay at Villa Alindra and the Balinese spa on the fourth day provided a peaceful retreat amidst our busy itinerary. While the villa was satisfactory, the spa experience was rejuvenating and much appreciated. The candlelight dinner at Holiday Inn Varuna, planned with an Indian Thali, was the perfect romantic culmination to our trip. The food was not only delicious but also served in a beautiful setting, creating a truly memorable evening for us. As we embarked on our journey back to India on the fifth day, we couldn't help but reflect on the wonderful experiences we had in Bali. Your meticulous planning and attention to detail played a significant role in making our honeymoon trip truly unforgettable.       I booked My Land package for Bali on TT via Kalpana tour and Travels. Everything as per expectation and Deliver what they said. Special thanks to Miss Minaxi and team for continue assistance and support. Hotel, Villa, Cab and Cab Driver - Everything Clean and Professional. I surely recommend Kalpana tour for future bookings! Just kind suggestion- NOT any complain :) 1) Please try to provide exact dates / commitments for actions. eg. in my case from starting I heard that vouchers will be uploaded in 3-4 days even I booked 1 month before travelling. In that Case If customer have fact, that vouchers will only update week/ 4-5days before travel than in that case they not worry and need to ask about it frequently. 2) While Booking attractions/ activities Please suggest customer what good options or what customer not to do there. Special for locations like BALI where people waiting for looting tourist. May this things Travel agents know better :) (In My Case Water sports activities booked by Kalpna Tours was perfect, But when go there they said, your default booked options are very basic and show options for Upgrade with highly rates and convenience for it. But As result there is not any changes between Booked Plan and upgrade plan, that makes totally disappointed. Why I writing this because may help for future travellers, who visit Same Place/location.
