Hotel Kanerbagh in Udaipur is very good. Food is bit costly in the hotel. But because of the location, there were multiple options for food. Hotel Kuchaman Haveli in Jodhpur is not good. Location is very unhygienic. It is only good from the outside. Bathroom is small, taps were leaking. Food is worst. My son ordered a chocolate pan cake and to our surprise we got a wafer thin dosa made from maida and covered with chocolate syrup. These guys don't even know how to make a pancake but had it in their menu. We later ordered aloo paratha which was also not good. Driver of the cab was polite and good. He took us to most of the places patiently. One thing to improve is to guide the tourists on how to cover the places without wasting time. The Getaway Holidays person was available throughout and responded to our queries.

The experience was fine . The stay was really nice in Udaipur. Only the problem was with the cab, Although the driver was nice but specially in July when Ac don't was is a big problem. The agent anyhow chanced the cab but just for 1 day another day we got the same cab with AC problem.

Overall experience with my first hotel that I suggested was grt except the room view but the second hotel sarovar suggested by pooja was not that grt and the check out time is 10 am that is too early. I told my agent pooja that I requested the hotel to atleast extend it for 1 hr but they were not ready so I asked the agent to ask the driver to take us to market as my flight was around 3:00 pm and there was gap of 2 hrs where shouId I go. She was least bothered to revert back and said u ask the hotel to extend the time and driver is only for dropping u to the airport for last day. Till date she did not replied to my message. Also one more thing that the driver took 400 rs extra for parking where he did not even parked his car and he did not suggested us good market for shopping as he did not wanted to go anywhere apart from fee mentioned places. The travel agent was very good and cooperative. However the cab provided was very bad. The cab could not get past 80 KM. This was especially a problem when moving between cities as we needed an extra hour or two to reach places which was a problem. Also the driver was not aware of the best placss to do good shopping.
