Trip was organised really well. The agent was available over whatsapp whenever needed and provided good support. The hotels and cabs were as per expectation. But the local city tour could have been better, the guide did not have a good attitude and neither the food served was good. The halong bay trip was fantastic. The food was delicious and well served. Flamingo cruises are good but the rooms are not that spacious, so I will suggest other cruises. The biggest surprise was when we were upgraded to a Panorama suite at our hotel with a huge room!

Overall it was a nice experience.. little bit issue with food where vegitarian food was a big issue. Some issue with Hanoi hotel. It was a good clean but very small rooms . Was not like a 4 star. Was like a 3 star. Also fill that whatever we got was not what we paid.. it was look that the profit of travel triangle and booking agents was very high. (Looking towards price over there of hotel, food and cab.) Cruise was a best in all.
