      Overall our trip went well. There are certain issues that I would like to highlight during the trip. 1. Deepak's team/ collab at Turkey was not proactive at all. The guy who was managing from there, named Mohit was very casual and would respond in the whatsapp group whenever we asked him for next day schedule. That promptness was missing. 2. I had opted to take end to end package with all transfers. On the last day when we left Capadoccia and were proceeding for Istanbul for our next day flight back to Manchester, Deepak, simply said that their services ended in Capadoccia and you would have to book you own cabs for and from Airport Hotel in Istanbul. Hence as was mentioned in our itinerary, 2 cabs were not provided. Upon discussion with Deepak, he first started explaining about that this was discussed and then he admitted his mistake and asked me to book own cab and he will send me a refund, which he eventually did, a sum of INR 2200. But the reason he gave me was that if he would have given me the cab from his side, that would have costed him for 60-70 km as would been sent from city to airport and same way back. Whatever was it, he should have clearly told us before we were booking the package, instead of last minute surprise & that too not by himself, upon asking in the group, which is clearly not acceptable.

      We went with Travel Lykke to Turkey. They approached us through travel triangle. Our first conversation was with Manisha. She was polite and prompt. She planned our trip as per our needs, in our budget and also helped us with some suggestions to make our trip more exciting and not hectic. After booking, Operation team comes into picture who handles further arrangements and bookings. Operation team is not very quick and replies late or sometimes asks us only to talk with hotel and manage on our own. Also the hotels booked had very small rooms and washrooms.       I have been travelling worldwide for the last 20 years via various travel agencies including MMT, SOTC, Yatra, Thomas Cook and many others. Perhaps, this is the best tour to date regarding comfort, itinerary and pricing. The only thing missing is the discount vouchers worth Rs 10,000, which were promised when booking. These discount vouchers have not been issued in spite of repeated reminders.

      I had got my flights, hotels & cab transfers booked from the PickYourTrail team. The hotels in Istanbul were the best comparing the rest of the trip's hotels. The experience in Antalya with the hotel & cabs were quite disappointing. The hotel's location was good but not the services offered in the hotel/room. We had issue with the cabs both ways - while dropping and picking up from the hotel. So I think pickyourtrail needs to work on their supppliers in Antalya bit more. Cabd and hotels in Istanbul & Cappadocia were great. Although, I wouldnt recommend the hotel we stayed in Goreme to anyone because the staff was really cold and not welcoming over there. One thing I liked out PickYourTrail was that they were happy to help everytime we needed them. They're quite dedicated to their customers and their customer happiness team (team which helps you while you''re on your vacation) was definitely very helpful and polite.

      Had a great experience in Cappadocia, beautiful hotel and excellent trip with a great tour guide. Istanbul hotel was not been great as describe in the hotel website. Specially chosen the prefer hotel but very upsetting of not having the a comfort stay. We have allocated in a coner room and then service felt bit of poor as per there standards. Staff not much of helpful thou. Istanbul Tour & guide was the best to make us most of our journey but the prince island wasn't up to the standard as describe. The boat tour to island was a shamble and food offer felt us like eating in canteen food. Rest service was been great

They scam tourists by selling at exorbitantly higher prices which can be found at reasonable prices in other markets. Especially, carpets, Zultanite stones, ceramics. Hot Air balloon.

      I thank you for the trip. There were certain issues like the drivers being informed about our pick up last minute and wrong pick up locations given. All of a sudden change in itenary which will make me think again before booking another trip with you’ll. Your support team helps when needed but they need to work round the clock for people traveling in different time zones. All please provide local contact details for pick ups and travel agents since if there is an issue there is some number to reach out to The whole trip was amazing.
