We thoroughly enjoyed our Kerala trip through Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey organized by the Travel Unbounded. Even though we went during Pre monsoon ,Miss Mamta was our trip planner she kept her word with ethics and Aneesh kumar was our driver and guide. He took good care of us and made us feel comfortable in every way possible. highly recommended

Munnar and Thekkady were great. But experience in Alleppey was not good. We book a luxury house boat but the service provided by them was very bad. The agents should not book services with such house boat companies. Everything from check in to check out in the houseboat was bad experience.

Entire trip for Kerala is good. But there are few things that need to be improved like: 1) Our trip was planned for 5 days, the final day we had a shopping and had time pass in Mall itself. I thought better planning needs to be there. 2) Cab driver might have known good places to visit and fare as well.

My experience of munnar and houseboat was good . Our driver was good . Munnar hotel Aranyaka resort is at very best location and services were good too. Hotel woodnote was a bad choice, there was lizard in my room and washroom was stinky. Kathakli show

The cab driver was very professional and helpful. The travel agent also helped us whenever we required. Just the house boats could have been a better one. As we were promised a great experience but the services were not that premium as charged.

Travel triangle is my go to website when I am planning a trip, the quotation is here Quite competitive. But multiple calls continuously from the agents is quite irritating until we book. Other than that overall experience is good. Best part of my trip was Thekkady jungle safari and the kalari show. Kondai lip ambience was pleasing.

The cab driver Michael was very good. He took us to all the amazing places to visit and experience the charm of Kerala. I am really happy with hotels stay as well. We opted for 4N/5D trip that covers Munnar(2days),Thekkedy(1day),Kumarakom boat stay(1day). Lalith from back2travels suggested very nice stays and he is so patient and answered all our questions and clarified all doubts.He also gave us a good deal when compared to other travel websites.Cab Driver "Martin Joseph" is with us in the whole trip.He is a nice photographer, guide and an all rounder.Coming to the places , we visited Cheeyapara, varala waterfalls,tea museum,Mattupatty dam etc in Munnar. Don't miss pottas farm yard where you can feed fish and it's a different experience feeding fish on bamboo boats.On the way to Thekkedy we visited spice gardens and elephant camp.Kumarakom Boat stay is normal and don't expect too much scenic spots.Also the stay is very normal.My recommendation is to book a resort which is deeply rooted in the nature to experience the beauty of it.Normal resorts doesn't give you much happiness.Kerala is a place where we have to stay in a nature resorts for a week and enjoy the sounds of nature.

Overall experience was very good and amazing but choice of houseboat was disappointing, it could be better Please avoid dream makers house boat they change the bookings suddenly to sharing houseboats and their food is so bad with no hygiene.
