Everything went well with the trip. The pick up for all sight seeing yours was on time and the pick up driver was very friendly. We I fact got a Tamil speaking driver which was so convenient. She helped us with all the sites and attractions in our leisure time apart from the tours mentioned in the package. Overall our experience was very good. Langkawi is such a beautiful place. We went to Chennai beach, cable car, sky bridge and many other attractions. The one thing I didn’t like was the cab was available till evening 6 only and we had to pay a huge fare for a vehicle which was too big for us (arranged by the driver) on one evening beyond 6 pm. It was unnecessary and we paid a huge fare for the van just for 2 people. It was not our mistake that no other vehicle was available. Why should we pay for the big vehicle? Other than that everything was fine. Better suggestions for restaurants could have been provided. Could have included a complimentary photo shoot which makes the package a lot more attractive. Hello Rohini, As discussed in mail earlier, we got a very poor service agent Ms Ruchi Jain from Flying Feet. She add the invoice for mangrove tour in our itinerary but it was not arranged with local agent. Flying feet has mentioned that they will refund the extra amount taken for the tour. Overall this spolied the langkawi tour for us. Kuala Lumpur was better.

I am quite happy with the trips and all around management of the same. Most of the things were good with few exceptions and that might be because of some lack of knowledge from my side or their side but still overall experience is good. Anjali - with whom we planned our trip was nice, coordinating and humble throughout the trip and even at onsite destination she was regularly in touch. Malaysia local tourist agency was also very professional and supportive. Pick-up, drop, local guiding, behavior, in all spheres they maintained their decency. So on gathering all the points on the scale of 10, I will give them 7.5. Langkawi hotel , Bella Vista, its sea side view and location in the city with all around facilities including Indian restaurant nearby for food gives us good experience there.

I went to Malaysia trip. Rocking trip has organized my package for hotel and other amenities apart from flights. It was really good. Service providers was great. Just the one thing I didn't like is that airport drop was just 4 hours before flight which is very risky. As according to international flight we have to reach 2:30 hours before flight timing n we reached 2 hours before but luckily I was able to check in. I would recommend to take private ride to airport atleast 5 hours before flight as it's 40 kms from airport. Hope to take another foreign trip with them with some improvements.

For Indians suggest SUNWAY PUTRA, break fast will have lot many Indian verities. Your travel adviser suggested in terms of business but not to make travellers joy. Example :- 1. Travel advise not suggested for sky desk in KP tower. 2. Dropping and picking was not proper. I had very bad experience, SUNWAY LOOGN is a full day trip and to cover fully it will take a day but my driver dropped me at 11:30 and picked up at 5:00PM I see some other Travel had dropped at 10 and picked at 6 PM. I don't know why your travel services not taking so serious about your customer happiness...

Cab drivers were language friendly KL city tour could have been more effective and could have been avoided if we were informed earlier.
