                    Good arrangement. Hotels of good quality. Agent service better than other service provider. Pick-up was much delayed and not properly coordinated by agent. We had to book our own OLA cab till first destination. Rest hotel and touring arrangement was satisfactory.

                    It was overall a good trip however there are two areas of improvement, which should be rectified. The travel itirenary is not practical considering the journey time by car as after making the journey from Delhi to Bhimtal, no sightseeing is possible although departing Delhi at 10:30 AM. The same is applicable for the day of return. I requested for a favour as I was unable to make the long journey to Binsar from Kausani as we were travelling with a 2 year old. In such case, we would expect travel agent to communicate with the hotel & arrange for a partial calcellation fee at least. The resort at Kausani offers a beautiful view of the Himalaya.

                    It was an amazing trip to Shimla and Manali and a special thanks to Mr Akshay from Travel triangle for perfectly scheduling our trip. To start with , they guided us to built a excellent trip itenary. Accommodation provided by them at both the locations were good. Also the Cab arrangements (airport pick up and drop) was on time. As we had booked our flights from Delhi, travelling was bit of hectic to reach manali, but cab driver, made sure, there was stoppage at good hotels for every 3 hours once, so that we could rejuvenate ourself. Even the cab driver (Mr Rana) was guiding us about the safety in each place. Thanks travelvtriangle holidays. This trip was will always be remembered.

                    Hotels were checked by us online before confirmation of booking. But bit satisfied with services from swis cottage at Nainital only. Rest all places have mix type of feelings. None of hotel had given even drinking water on arrival without insisting by us. Welcome drink is just a word, neither offered nor given by any hotel. We will take care next time.                     I just wish travel triaangle would have been in contact with us through out the trip... fortunately, the trip did not have any unforeseen circumstances. But if there were any such issues and we couldnt inform you guys about it... i hope there was a way that Travel triangle could have come to know about this. Also the hotels provided were very beautiful. Except the royal rosette, i wish the other 2 hotels were near the crowded area or the markets The snowfall

                    Anurag from journey of miles had well arranged the total trip. The driver was new for the location, but they arranged us separate local guide which made the day fantastic. Though Maya regency was not up to the mark, but nature valley and corbet machaan was really good hotel/resort. They travel was too long, but we enjoyed the beauty.

                    Hotel experience was mixed. Nainital hotel room was very small. Although we had confirmed for family rooms. Binsar and Kausani stay were good. Mukteshwar hotel location was quite remote and facilities were average. Food was also so so. Driver and cab experience was good.

                    Mithila has been a great travel provider during my travel to Uttarakhand for a week, they provided me a can for 7 days and a jeep safari in corbett national park. The driver named Sumit was the icing on the cake, he was an amazing driver and an even better person. He was always smiling and even updated my itinery to include Haridwar from his end and ensured we had full satisfaction during the trip. Vijay and then Suraj from Mithila have been of great help during the planning and ensured all my customizations were in place. Overall a great experience and will.                     Driver was unaware of itinerary due to which we faced a lot of problem on our way to Chopta . In Haridwar,hotel was not good at all and in Chopta ,travel agency asked us to stay somewhere else other than Edan camp ,however,on our objection they solved this query.
