The resorts, hotels, private transfer and the driver was all very good. But I was very upset with the travel agent. The WhatsApp group created a hell lot of confusion. The contact details of the driver was sent wrongly to us, which made us wait in the airport for almost an hour. Every information given by the group wasn't right. The spa and the candle light dinner was exceptional. The breakfast provided was amazing. The guide for the Mt Batur trek was very friendly and helpful. The driver was very good and friendly. Overall this is the best trip I've ever had. Thanks to travel triangle. Good job

Except for cleanliness of room in uppala pool Villa in seminyak and honeymoon freebies were not provided which were mentioned in the itenary.. over all it was a great experience..one must book through kalpana tours and travels

Overall decently arranged trip. Thanks to Rajat for making good arrangments of inter & intra city transfers as well as great accomodation (especially loved the Kori Maharani villas stay). Stay at the Kori Maharani villas on rest day was amazing experience. The villa was huge and had connected beautiful black sand beach!

Travelope helped a lot to plan our Honeymoon trip. They shared very understanding itinerary with picture which makes it more clear and it was quite friendly as per honeymoon expectation. They also did customization based on our requirement. When we raised our requirement on TravelTraingle. They were first who contacted us first and shared itinerary based on our requirement. Quotation was very reasonable and they also gave some discount which made it more reasonable. TANVI from Travelope was my contact person and she is really responsive and friendly and understanding. Always helped me resolve my queries with patience and without being rude even for a moment. Have patience and also advice us reasonable way to book flight. We faced small issue in the start as our Astagina Resort Hotel gave us different room which was having twin separate bed instead of King side bed and also we requested for Bath Tub but it was missing from our room. So we had to adjust for a day. But Travelope compensated with much better 5 star hotel with our requirement for other days. We have booking in a private Villa for 2 days which included private pool and floating breakfast. Our Pool was separate so we were not able to use it at evening or night. Some Villa has pool attached in room which we expected. Also it was little scary at night as it is behind forest only. Also some insects where coming in room. If you don't like it, you can prefer to have suite room for those days in City only. Package was really great. They create a separate whatsapp group also with Tanvi, Ronak and Coordinator from Bali where we can provide updated and ask for queries. Cab drivers there are really helpful, understanding and punctual. They contacted before time and always reach to location before time. When requested to stop in any place also they never denied and waited for us like shopping. They also helped us with genuine Money Exchange also. Tanvi suggested us the convert INR to USD and we did that but unfortunately hardly anyone were accepting it. Not even Big Shopping malls were accepting USD and neither Hotels. I would highly recommend to covert it to Indonesian currency only which will be used everywhere. We planning to do some local shopping on first day but unfortunately as we did not had Indonesian Dollar we did not got chance to do shopping. Credit Cards are accepted in many places but they charge 2-3% extra if paid through Card and than bank will charge 2-3% extra so better to carry Indonesian Dollar. At least covert 10-12K INR if planning to do some shopping also. As I was Vegetarian, it was really difficult for me as there you will hardly get much option except Rice or Noddle. If you are Vegetarian, I would highly recommend to carry atleast 2-3 kgs of snacks and Maggie and ask Agent to book hotel near Indian Hotel. I guess we have lots of Indian hotel near Kuta area and we have food in one of them which was quite reasonable and proper India Veg food. Finally Thanks to Tanvi for organizing such a beautiful trip and I would surely recommend you to my friends and family and already did and would contact further for any such International trips in future. Also Thanks to Ronak who has also helped us whenever we needed his support.

We booked our first international trip to Bali through them. Got enough support to get details of travel, hotel choices, flight choices, places to visit etc. We always had our car and guide at the hotel so no issues of any hassle there. Pros: Guidance was enough and good Agent is approachable on whatsapp even in your travel The cab was good, clean and available on time when we needed Offered enough options of hotel to choose from Issues faced: 1. Guide was not keen to spend any time in any of the places and kept saying negative things about places so that we dont go or dont spend much time there and he can get free asap. We had told the travel agent that we will not be going to couple of places mentioned ni the itenary rather we can see some other place on the way (if any) and the same we told to our guide but he said there is nothing else to see and for most of the places he said it will take 3 hours to reach etc. We saw so many guides going along with their clients and explaning things, clicking pictures etc but our guide was dropping us at the entrance and told us to visit and come back soon. We also asked the guide to take us to any local market but said there is no market and made many excuses and he took us to a veyr expensive exhibition saying its cheap here for Indians where as the prices were 4 times higher then any other market (which we explored near out hotel etc ) 2. Jepun spa is shady, please avoid taking spa there. 3. You can also skip Scuba which they offer as the water there is not very clean and you barely see anything. Even in Nusa Penida the driver did not take us to 1 place (out of 5 mentioned by travel agents) saying it will take lot of time and we kept waiting more then an hour for the fairy to arrive, this time could have been used to visit one more place. Holiday Inn hotel is decent at the cost they charge the only issue is breakfast options for Vegetarians courtyard by Marriott is very good property with decent veg food options.
